| Purpose:Through consulting the disease records of patients with facial paralysis in neurology department of affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine,to collect the medical records of more than one kind of special therapy in our hospital with wind-cold collateral paralysis as the first diagnosis and admission.Record the general treatment method,characteristic therapy and condition information of hospitalized patients,make a simple descriptive analysis of the patient’s condition and prognosis information,summarize,summarize and analyze the clinical curative effect of encephalopathy in our hospital on peripheral facial paralysis and the treatment method of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and provide clinical experience guidance for the treatment of this disease in the future.Material and method:Sorting out and collecting the electronic records of encephalopathy in affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine,calling 122 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and were hospitalized for special therapy in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017.by recording the basic information,and taking some western medicine treatment,some Chinese patent medicines,some Chinese traditional medicine treatments,some acupuncture points for acupuncture treatment,some Chinese traditional medicine decoction,some basic diseases and the curative effect of treatment and other related items.Set up excel database,and make descriptive analysis of the obtained information by SPSS 22 software.At the same time,the general methods of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of this disease are summarized.Results: 1.This time,a total of 122 medical records of hospitalized patients were collected,and patients were selected to have one or more in-hospital characteristic therapies besides routine Chinese and western combined therapy.2.According to the hospitalization scheme and characteristic therapy of our hospital’s integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine system,91.8 % recovery rate can be achieved,and most of them can be recovered and discharged within one month,with an average discharge day of 22.03 days.3.The western medicine therapy of the medical record studied is mainly hormone therapy,vitamin supplement therapy,neurotrophic therapy and adjuvant therapy.Prednisone acetate tablets or prednisone tablets are used for hormone therapy.Vitamin B1 and B12 will be injected into the muscle after vitamin supplementation,and will be taken orally after treatment.The nutritional nerve is made of mecobalamin tablets or cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection.Ultrashort wave was used to relieve facial edema in adjuvant therapy.4.The characteristic acupuncture therapy in our hospital is the combination therapy of scalp acupuncture,eye acupuncture and body acupuncture.It is required that the patient should be treated with acupuncture immediately in acute stage,the scalp acupuncture should be given priority to with the temporal front line and the midline,the eye acupuncture should take the upper focal area and the lung large intestine area,and the body acupuncture should reasonably choose acupuncture points according to the patient’s disease stage.And add and subtract acupoints and acupoint areas according to the treatment scheme.In addition,qianzhengsan granules,a hospital preparation,are taken orally to search wind and dredge collaterals.And through thunder-fire moxibustion therapy,auricular point pressing beans,acupoint embedding and other auxiliary characteristic therapy to consolidate the curative effect.5.Facial paralysis can cause corneal diseases,which can be avoided by wearing eyewear and other ways.Conclusion: 1.By analyzing the inducement of patients with wind-cold collateral-attacking facial paralysis in this study,we can conclude that the main pathogenic factors of this disease may be wind,cold and tiredness.Therefore,keeping warm at ordinary times,preventing wind and cold and avoiding overwork can reduce the incidence rate.2.Western medicine therapy used in this study is mainly hormone therapy,vitamin supplement therapy,neurotrophic therapy and adjuvant therapy.3.The hospital-specific therapy used in this research is the combination of scalp acupuncture,eye acupuncture and body acupuncture,and the combination of qianzheng powder preparation in the hospital,as well as auxiliary therapy such as thunder moxibustion,acupoint embedding and ear acupoint pressing to consolidate the curative effect.4.According to the above treatment scheme,carry out integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,and pay attention to instruct patients to self-train.Most patients have a course of treatment of less than one month,with a recovery rate of 91.8 % and an average length of stay of 22.03 days.5.Patients with incomplete eyelid closure are easy to cause corneal diseases,and attention should be paid to instruct patients to wear eye mask or use eye ointment to protect the cornea. |
