Meta Analysis Of The Effects Of Zhibitai Combined With Statin On Blood Lipids And Inflammation In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To evaluate the effects of Zhibitai combined with statin and statin on blood lipid and inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Retrieved from Pub Med,EMBase,Medline,Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang database,Wanfang Medical Network RCT about effect of Randomized controlled trial of effects of different doses of atorvastatin on hypersensitive C-reactive protein and blood lipid in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Bias risk assessment tool of Cochrane Collaborative Network was used for literature quality assessment.Quantitative analysis was based on heterogeneity test and I~2selection of the corresponding effect model.P<0.05 was statistically significant.RevMan 5.3.0 software was used for meta-analysis of homogeneity research.Results:The meta-analysis of this study showed that 1059 cases were included in 10 RCTs.Effectiveness:1.The TC level in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the statin group:[WMD=-0.65,95%CI(-0.74,-0.56),P<0.00001];2.The combined group was significantly lower than that in the statin group:[WMD=-0.38,95%CI(-0.46,-0.30),P<0.00001];3.The combined group was significantly lower than that in the statin group:[WMD=-0.32,95%CI(-0.41,-0.23,P<0.00001];and the combined group was slightly lower than that in the statin group.Increase HDL-C level:[WMD=0.06,95%CI(0.02,0.09),P=0.002];5.Combination group can significantly lower hs-CRP level than statin group:[WMD=0.81,95%CI(-1.02,-0.61),P<0.00001].Safety:The combined group had lower incidence of adverse reactions than statin group:[OR=0.41,95%CI:(0.22,0.77),P=0.005].Sensitivity analysis shows that the results of this study are robust and reliable.Conclusion:1.Zhibitai combined with statin group has a strong comprehensive lipid-lowering effect,which can significantly reduce TC,TG,LDL-C levels and slightly increase HDL-C levels.It also has a significant effect on reducing the inflammatory factor hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease.The incidence of adverse reactions in Zhibitai combined with statin group was lower than that in statin group.No more serious adverse reactions were reported in both groups,indicating that the safety performance was better.2.The incidence of adverse reactions in Zhibitai combined with statin group was lower than that in statin group.No more serious adverse reactions were reported in both groups,indicating that the safety performance was better and the clinical application was safe.3.Zhibitai combined with statin can delay and prevent the progress of coronary atherosclerosis and protect the cardiovascular system.Zhibitai combined with statin has advantages in clinical application.
