Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Types Of Coronary Heart Disease With Anxiety Disorder And Summary Of Zhang Zhonghui's Supervisor's Experience

Purpose:In this paper,simple statistical method and cluster analysis were used to analyze and explore the classification of symptoms of coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety disorder.Through the outpatient learning with teachers,combined with the relevant papers of tutor zhang and students,the experience of tutor zhang's outpatient treatment of coronary heart disease combined with anxiety disorder was summarized,providing reference basis for the clinical dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:Clinic cases were selected from the outpatient department of the second department of cardiology of the affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2017 to June 2018,using retrospective study,and take advantage of the Microsoft Excel software to 60 cases of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)with anxiety depression disorder symptoms and signs,respectively,for the number of cases,frequency statistics,using SPSS21.0 statistical software for Microsoft Excel software of k-means clustering analysis are conducted.Using summary methord of experence,the clinical experience of Zhonghui Zhang in the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression was summarized.Effective cases of coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety disorder treated by teacher Zhang were collected,and tey and depression disorder,combined with learning experience from teachers,and using summary methord of experence,for the treatment of teacher Zhang disorder of anxiety depression,summarized the experience of coronary heart disease.Results:1 The main symptoms and signs of patients with coronary heart disease combined with anxiety disorder: chest tightness,sleep poor,anxiety and irritability,poor appetite,chest pain,good sorrow to cry,short breath,good jing easy to fear,pulse string,dark,palpitations,bitter mouth,rib distension full,good too rest,hands and feet not warm,sticky greasy stool,red tongue moss white,low mood,lack of power,etc.2 In this study,the syndrome types of CHD patients with anxiety disorder were divided into four categories: the first category was 20 cases of blood stasis(33.33%),the second category was 17 cases of liver stagnation and qi stagnation(28.33%),the third category was 15 cases of phlegm-dampness internal obstruction(25.00%),and the fourth category was 8 cases of deficiency of heart and spleen(13.33%).Conclusion:The TCM syndromes of CHD with anxiety disorder mainly include bloodstasis,liver stagnation and qi stagnation,phlegm-dampness internal obstruction,and deficiency of heart and spleen,which provide reference for the establishment of TCM syndrome type standard of CHD with anxiety disorder.the clinical experience of teacher Zhang,in the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression's summarize:my teacher think the disease pathogenesis is the "phlegm wet","qi depression","blood stasis" as the standard,with " deficiency of heart and spleen" for this,the dialectical treats in the clinical treatment,this paper summarizes the empirical prescriptions,empirical drug pairs and empirical single drug used by our teachers in order to provide new methods and ideas for clinical practice.
