The Study On Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis By Compatibility Of Invigorating The Spleen, Regulating The Flow Of Qi, Eliminating Dampness And Reducing Fever

Ulcerative colitis belongs to dysentery disease during the acute stage in Traditional Chinese Medicine, with diarrhea abdominal pain and tenesmus, and belongs to diarrhea during the remission stage. The curative effect of Modern medicine is better during the acute stage, but the effect of Chinese medicinal herb is better in improving symptom and late relapse. JPQR soup is from clinical experience of my tutor. It functions invigorating the spleen, regulating the flow of qi, eliminating dampness and reducing fever for insufficiency of the spleen-qi and damp stagnancy patients.In experiment research, Salicylazosulfapyridine, as positive drug, JPQR soup was divided into original group, JP group, QR group and original group added astrictional herb. The experiments were carried out about effects on weighs and splenic weighs of normal and model rats; pathogical were observed through optical microscope; The content of myelopcroxidase and free radical in colon tissue and 5-HT in blood were detected. The results show that:1.The JPQR soap has increased the weighs and splecdic weighs, which is far higher than that of the JQ and QR.2.The original group added astrictional herb was better than the original group, and the original group was as well as JP group in4improving pathological organs.3. The original group was better than JP and QR group in the content of MPO.4.The original group was similar to JR in the content of SOD.5.The original group and the original group added astrictional herb were better than JP and QR group in the content of 5-HT.In conclusion, the thesis covers literature research and experimental research. Formula抯 function for treating ulcerative colitis was studied from formula angle so as to provide scientific basis for clinical experiments.
