Study On The Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Diabetic Hyperhidrosis

Purpose:By collecting traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetic hyperhidrosis,using data mining related methods for collation and analysis,exploring the syndromes,syndromes,and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease,thus providing clinical diagnosis and treatment for Chinese medicine.More reliable basis.Material and method: Using CNKI and the Wanfang Medical Network database as search tools and literature sources,the literature on Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic hyperhidrosis from January 1,2000 to December 31,2018 was collected.The exclusion criteria were used for screening,and the database was built using Microsoft Excel software,and the frequency and frequency methods were used for analysis to find out the regularity and significance of the syndromes,syndromes,and prescriptions of Chinese medicine for treating hyperhidrosis of diabetes.Results: In this study,a total of 111 articles in accordance with the standard were screened out,and 51 syndrome types were sorted out.Among them,the most common types of syndromes were Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency and fire syndrome,lung health and not syndrome,and blood stasis syndrome.There were 26 types of syndromes with a frequency of 2 or more,a total of 372 occurrences,and the composition ratio was 88.36%.According to the 26 types of syndromes obtained,10 kinds of syndromes were compiled.The frequencies were from yin deficiency syndrome to qi deficiency syndrome.,fire heat certificate,blood stasis certificate,etc.Involved in 69 prescriptions,including: Angelica Liuhuang Tang,Yupingfeng Powder,Shengmaiyin(San),Xuefu Zhuyu Soup.The traditional Chinese medicine involved was 159 flavors with a total frequency of 1556 times.Among the top 20 drugs with the highest frequency,the frequency of use of Astragalus was 97,the frequency was 62.58%,which was the first.The frequency of use of Schisandra was 69 times,the frequency was 44.52%,the habitat was 67 times,the frequency was 43.23%.Ophiopogon japonicus and oyster 64 times each,the frequency was 41.29%,floating wheat was 54 times,accounting for 34.84%,licorice was 52 times,accounting for 33.55%,angelica and keel were47 times,each accounting for 30.32%,and white peony frequency was 45 times,accounting for 29.03.%,followed by Atractylodes,Rhizoma Coptidis,Guizhi,Poria,Astragalus,Rehmannia,Wind,Phellodendron,Anemarrhenae,Ephedra Root,Jujube,Taizishen,Hawthorn,Yam,Salvia.Conclusion: Diabetes hyperhidrosis involves the most syndromes of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,Yin Huo Huowei syndrome,lung health and non-fixation and blood stasis syndrome.The syndrome is yin deficiency syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome,fiery syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,Yupingfeng Powder,Shengmaiyin(San)and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction are the representative prescriptions for the treatment of diabetic hyperhidrosis.The core drugs for the treatment of this disease are astragalus,Schisandra,raw land,Ophiopogon japonicus,oyster,floating wheat,licorice,angelica,keel,of which Huangqi takes the first place,followed by Schisandra.The combination of drugs is mainly for qi and yin convergence,antiperspirant,reconciliation,and clearing heat.
