Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Jianpi Bushen Lishi Huayu Recipe In The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis With Metabolic Syndrome

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of invigorating spleen and invigorating kidney,eliminating dampness and removing blood stasis on chronic glomerulonephritis with hyperuricemia.Material and method:From October 2017 to June 2018,60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and metabolic syndrome were diagnosed in Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group: Jianpi Bushen Lishi Huayu recipe group.Control group: Huangkui capsule group.Course of treatment: 4 weeks,observe the changes of TCM syndrome integral,urinary erythrocyte count,urinary protein,blood lipid,blood sugar and body mass index before and after treatment.Results:1.In terms of TCM symptoms,there were 6 cases of clinical control,9 cases of marked effect,13 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffective in the experimental group,and the total effective rate was 93.3%.In the control group,there were 1 case of clinical control,7 cases of marked effect,18 cases of effective and 4 cases of ineffective,the total effective rate was86.6%.The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P < 0.05).2.In terms of Western medical effect,the curative effect of chronic nephritis: 7 cases in the experimental group were clinically controlled,12 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.3%;1 case in the control group was clinically controlled,6 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,9cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 70%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Therapeutic effect of metabolic syndrome: The experimental group was better than the control group in improving TG and HDL-L(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Huangkui Capsule and Jianpi Bushen Lishi Huayu Prescription caneffectively improve the clinical symptoms,signs,urinary erythrocyte count,urinary protein,blood lipid,blood sugar and body mass index of patients with chronic nephritis with MS.However,the total curative effect of Jianpi Bushen Lishi Huayu Formula group(experimental group)was significantly better than that of Huangkui Capsule group(control group),and the clinical curative effect was significant.
