| Objective: To observe the prevention and treatment effect of Jianpi Bushen Huayu Jiedu Recipe(JBHJR)for patients with liver metastasis after colorectal cancer(CRC)chemotherapy.The main evaluation indicators including TCM syndromes,serum tumor antigen,the effect of Karnofsky(KPS)functional status score and quality of life,so as to prevent and treat liver metastasis after colorectal cancer surgery provides reference theoretical basis and clinical experience for a reference.Methods: In this study,the random control principle was used to divide 60 postoperative patients with colorectal cancer which met the inclusion criteria into treatment or control group,30 cases in each group.The control group only received postoperative chemotherapy.Observe the changes of serum tumor antigen,KPS score,liver function,liver tumor metastasis and quality of life of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in both groups.The collected data has been collected and recorded in the EXCEL 2016 database.Statistical analysis was performed SPSS 26.0.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: the results indicated that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome scores after CRC operation,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.(2)Influence of TCM symptoms and signs: the study's results showed that the highest frequency of symptoms before the treatment of CRC after postoperative chemotherapy was fatigue and fatigue(30/30,100%),followed by eating less and poor appetite(29/30,96.7%).Tired of the lack of systemic symptom(30/30,100%),eating less and poor appetite(29/30,96.7%),and other symptoms spleen deficient the highest frequency,nocturia frequent(23/30,76.7%),lumbar acid/knee weakness(18/30,60%)of kidney deficiency symptom such as frequency and obvious prominent,the local symptoms with extremities numbness(21/30,70%);with lavender/dark purple tongue aspects(25/30,83.3%),petechiae/ecchymosis(19/30,63.3%)the highest frequency,pulse condition with fine acerbity acerbity/string(26/30,86.7%)is the most common pulse.Among them,the most effective rate to improve the symptoms of spleen deficiency such as eating less tolerance,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea was 100%,followed by abdominal pain,abdominal distension and constipation,which was 87.5%.After treatment,JBHJR can significantly improve the systemic symptoms,local symptoms and tongue veins of CRC patients after operation.(3)Comparative analysis of KPS scores: the results indicated that the KPS scores of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.(4)Comparative analysis of quality of life: the results suggested that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the quality of life of patients with CRC after surgery,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.(5)Comparative analysis of weight changes: the results suggested that the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of weight gain and stabilization after postoperative chemotherapy in CRC patients,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.(6)Comparison and analysis of liver function: the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in ALT,AST and ALP before and after treatment between the two groups,P>0.05.The treatment group was superior to the control group in inhibiting serum GGT secreted after CRC operation,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.(7)The effect of liver metastasis: results the rates of liver metastasis in 1,2 and 3 years in the treatment group were 3.33%,6.67% and 16.67% respectively.The 1,2 and 3 years liver metastasis rates of the control group were 10%,26.67% and 36.67%.There was no significant difference in liver metastasis rate between the two groups at 1 and 3 years,P>0.05.The difference of liver metastasis rate at 2 years was significant,P<0.05.(8)Comparative analysis of serum CEA: the results indicated that the reduction of serum CEA in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.(9)Comparative analysis of serum ca19-9: the results indicated that the serum ca19-9 level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.(10)Comparative analysis of serum AFP: the results indicated that there was no statistically significant difference in serum AFP level between the two groups after treatment,P>0.05.(11)Comparative analysis of d-dimer: the results indicated that the reduction of d-dimer level in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion: JBHJR can effectively improve the fatigue symptoms of patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy.It can also improve other spleen and kidney deficiency,endogenous symptoms of dampness,such as less food,anorexia,loose stool frequency,lumbar acid,fear cold,cold extremities,nocturia,and The endogenic symptoms of blood and toxin stasis,such as numbness of hands and feet,purple shade of tongue or petechial spots and astringent veins,extremities numbness,tongue or dark purple bruises petechiae and pulse fine acerbity,enhance patients physical condition,reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy,patients with lower serum tumor antigen,improve blood high condensation state,reduce the liver tumor metastasis after colorectal cancer postoperative chemotherapy,improve the quality of life of patients.This study has shown that JBHPR not only has a high safety for patients with liver metastasis after colorectal cancer surgery and chemotherapy,but also has a certain preventive effect. |
