Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Food-borne Diseases Supervision In Pu'er City, Yunnan Province

Food poisoning in foodborne diseases generally refers to all foods infected that are contaminated,pathogenic bacteria,viruses,or infected by parasites,chemicals or natural viruses.Pu'er City is located in the southwest of Yunnan Province,China.There are many ethnic minorities,different dietary habits and abundant animal and plant resources.Due to the special national dietary habits and abundant animal and plant resources,some food poisoned by poisonous animals and plants and by-products produced by unscientific processing technology occur every year.Or the food borne diseases caused by the toxic mycotoxins produced by self fermentation.At present,China has started to use three sets of foodborne disease network monitoring and reporting systems,respectively,(which are)foodborne disease event monitoring system,foodborne disease monitoring and reporting system and public health emergencies report management system.The sentinel hospital coverage of the surveillance reporting network for foodborne diseases(food poisoning)is incomplete,by 2018,only 49 sentinel hospitals had been enlarged in 9 counties,1 district,32 towns,71 townships and 1035 administrative villages in Puer City.In the ten years from 2004 to 2015,only 67 cases of foodborne diseases occurred in pu 'er city,which was far lower than the actual number.Therefore,it is of great significance for the construction of food-borne diseases(food poisoning)reporting system in Pu'er City to establish the management system of food-borne diseases(food poisoning)with township and village health centers as sentinels and expand the sentinel hospitals of township and village health centers and health rooms.By means of literature analysis,comparative analysis,empirical research and inductive analysis,this paper describes the advantages and disadvantages of the current supervision system of foodborne diseases(food poisoning)both at home and abroad,and compares the differences between the supervision mode and policy measures of foodborne diseases(food poisoning)in developed countries and China.Through comparison,we can find out the monitoring network system of foodborne diseases(food poisoning)suitable for China's national conditions.Based on a large number of empirical studies,this paper analyzes the statistical data of food-borne diseases(food poisoning)outbreaks in Pu'er City from 2004 to 2015 and the statistical data of public health emergencies(food poisoning)reports in Pu'er City from 2004 to 2015,and demonstrates the current status and feasibility of food-borne diseases(food poisoning)reporting system in Pu'er City.With the perfect part.Finally,the feasibility of establishing a food-borne disease(food poisoning)surveillance system in township and village hospitals was put forward on the basis of expanding the food-borne disease surveillance system in township and village hospitals.
