Objective: The article aims to get an overall understanding of the pathogenesis of foodborne diseases and their epidemic trends and the present situation of xinjiang foodborne disease monitoring hospital,so as to enhance the ability to identify and trace the sources of these diseases at an early stage.Methods: athered patient information that meet the definition of the case from all foodborne-disease sentinel hospitals in Xinjiang,and meanwhile collected anal swab samples for further etiological detection in 2013 to 2016.Questionnaire survey of all sentinel hospitals,the survey mainly includes basic personnel,training and laboratory conditions.Results: 1.From 2013 to 2016,altogether 5,044 anal swab samples and feces samples were detected for enteropathogenic bacteria.Among them,the positive rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is 0.09%,that of Salmonella is 1.34%,and the positive rates of Shigella,diarrheogenic Escherichia coli and Norovirus are 0.81%,0.31% and 5.10% respectively.From the perpective of age distribution,the age group of the highest morbidity is 1-3 years,with 3304 cases and accounting for 20.27% of the total.In terms of temporal distribution,mostcases of foodborne diseases are found in the third quarter of the year,making up 47.31% of the total.Of all the foods that have been verified to be under suspicion of causing the diseases,blended foods took the largest proportion in 2015,and fruits and fruit products were the main factors in 2016.To be precise,a majority of these eating behaviors was suspected to have taken place on the family unit.25/5000.2.sentinel hospitals to set up the foodborne disease surveillance department of the hospital has 89,professional engaged in food-borne disease surveillance,75 people(12.82%),public health,health management,food related a total of 72 people(12.31),organize the training number less than 3 times of hospital(75.46%),training times less than three times(67.27%),laboratory have special food-borne disease surveillance work related rules and regulations 72,entire,salmonella detection ability of the hospital has 95,cause diarrhea e.h.bacterium detection ability of the hospital has 65,deputy hemolytic vibrio detection ability of hospital has 57 chi hayes bacteria detection ability of hospital has 92 hospitals,such as virus detection ability of eight.Conclusion: the dominating pathogens of foodborne diseases in Xinjiang are Shigella bacteria and Norovirus.The article suggests that relevant departments and organizations proceed with the active surveillance over the diseases and strengthen the propaganda of disease prevention and treatment,in order to reduce the morbidity of foodborne diseases,at the same time xinjiang foodborne disease sentinel hospital training efforts,detection ability,strengthen the training of the sentinel hospital and laboratory capacity building.
