As we grow older, people’s bodies begin to age,and various physical illnesses caused by natural aging make people pay more and more attention.Because the elderly population is growing, the health problems of the elderly have become a problem that the society cannot ignore. In order to maintain good health, more and more people in the elderly group have chosen walking fitness activities with low operating costs. But physical aging can trigger a characteristi。of the body-foot varus. When the elderly are keen on walking and exercising for a long time,it is easy to cause harm to the legs, and even more, the elderly will fall. When the user wants to perform certain behaviors,it needs to meet the three conditions of ability, motivation and trigger point. At present, the design products for the foot varus are more considered at the capability level, without considering the other two conditions.Because the user is not aware of the phenomenon of foot varus and has not compared the difference between the normal walking position and the foot varus posture, and has not consciously repeated learning, when the user leaves the product, the foot varus phenomenon remains. Can’t get improvement.First of all, this article will start with B J Fogg’s persuasive theory and FBM model, analyze the factors and conditions that need to behave in a good walking posture, and then find suitable cases according to their characteristics to analyze and help to further the theory and The understanding of the model, combined with the problem of foot inversion in this paper,is to find out that the important factor in the behavior of a good walking posture is to improve the ability of the elderly.Secondly, from the analysis of Norman,s behavior and feedback model, think about and find out the key points of the habit of letting the elderly develop a good walking posture. The authors believe that it is necessary to narrow the assessment gap between the elderly and the varus,so that the elderly can realize that they have varus and remind them, and then narrow the implementation gap of the elderly for the varus, and walk well for the elderly. The movement of the posture guides the elderly to guide how to walk is a good walking posture. This will enable the elderly to know how a healthy and normal walking posture occurs. Finally, combined with Professor Norman’s cognitive and emotional models, the actions of the habits of cultivating the elderly to develop a good walking posture are classified into three categories:congenital unconscious behavior, acquired conscious behavior and acquired unconscious behavior.Through the study of the reflection layer, the behavior layer and the instinct layer, the author finds that the instinct layer can correspond to the congenital unconscious behavior, the behavior layer and the reflection layer can correspond to the acquired conscious behavior, and the behavior layer corresponds to the acquired unconscious behavior.Since the behavioral state of the behavioral layer can be acquired,it can be internalized into unconscious behavior according to experience, which means that it can be transformed from conscious learning to unconscious behavioral response. Therefore, the author believes that if you want to develop a habit, you need to let the elderly consciously and repeatedly learn to develop a habit of a good walking posture. Finally, the design strategy is extracted by the FBM model and behavior feedback model combined with persuasion theory, and the effectiveness is verified by experiments. In order to solve the phenomenon of foot varus caused by physiological aging in the elderly, the elderly are trained to develop a good walking posture.Habits provide a certain idea and design direction.
