Now, with the advent of the information age, medical equipment technology content continues to increase, although the medical level has been rapid development, however, complicated operation on the process, functional modules casually stuffing, but also greatly increases the user’s learning costs, reduced user experience. Meanwhile, shape, texture and color characteristics of indifference to health care patients a feeling of closeness and difficult, but also to bring a mental patient fear and other feelings. Therefore, the existing medical facilities in the body for physical and psychological feelings of user interaction, there are some problems.Theme medical equipment service users, the design goal is to better customer service and improve the user experience. Therefore, from the user’s point of view on how to meet the needs of users, to explore what kind of shape, function and color, to enhance the user to interact with the physical and psychological feelings and ways to meet the operating medical equipment will be humane and convenience is the core of this paper.B-many of which are available for, there is little more attention from human-computer interaction aspects of the technical level. Based on the study of human-computer interaction design B-from finding and research target users, tap the user’s needs. After a review of the literature from human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, user model building point of view, the theoretical foundation provides research, comparative analysis of the existing system, the B-shape, function, color and the use of methods and use interactive case and evaluated against the existing B-interactive, this discovery problem. Through user interviews, questionnaires on the usage of B-psychological characteristics and behavior, etc., and create detailed user model. The main reason to create a user model is a user model can better demonstrate behavioral characteristics and thought process when users use the product in order to better products for human-computer interaction research and analysis, which found the problem and come up with better solution to the problem. Finally, to validate design practice based user model.
