Self-made "Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction" In The Treatment Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Constipation

Purpose:Guided by the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the self-made "Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction" was used to treat constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type,and its clinical efficacy and safety were observed.Materials and methods:1.Data: From January 2017 to August 2018,66 patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency constipation were diagnosed in the Anorectal Clinic of Liaoning Anorectal Hospital.The age ranged from 18 to 80 years,with an average age of 54.39(+15.013).66 random coding tables were generated by spss.The observation group: the control group was 1:1.There was no significant difference in age,sex,condition and course of disease between the two groups,which was comparable.2.The observation group was treated with self-made "Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction".The prescription consisted of Cistanche deserticola 30 g,Achyranthes bidentata 20 g,cinnamon 15 g,Epimedium 30 g,Atractylodes macrocephala 20 g,yam 20 g,Yuli Ren20 g,Magnolia 20 g,aurantium aurantium 30 g,mulberry 20 g,roasted licorice 10 g.Take one dose daily,300 ml in the morning and evening.The control group was treated with Maren Soft Capsule orally,one capsule at a time,one in the morning and one in the evening.During the treatment period,both groups of patients were forbidden to use drugs and treatment that affect colonic motility,light diet,avoid eating raw and cold,greasy,spicy and stimulating food,develop regular stool habits,avoid anger,strengthen physical exercise,and reasonable rest.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks as a course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect was observed.After 3 months,the patients were followed up.The main symptoms and TCM symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated by integral,and the improvement of constipation symptoms of the two groups was compared by using SPSS20.0 software for system analysis.Results:1.There were 33 cases in each group,one case falling off,and 32 cases in each group.2.The total effective rate was 87.50% in the observation group and 62.50% in the control group(p < 0.01).There was statistical significance.3.After two courses of treatment,the two groups were compared.In the time of defecation and the difficulty of defecation,the score of the two symptoms was P >0.05,there was no significant difference,and there was no statistical significance.The scores of defecation frequency and fecal traits were significantly different(p < 0.05),and those of limb warmth,long urine and abdominal pain and warmth were significantly different(p < 0.01).4.The total score of symptoms in the observation group and the control group was tested by rank sum test after 4 weeks of treatment,P < 0.01,and the total score of symptoms in the two groups was tested by rank sum test after 12 weeks of drug withdrawal,P < 0.01.The difference was statistically significant.5.The recurrence rate was 12.5% in the treatment group and 37.5% in the control group 4 weeks after the withdrawal of the drug,P < 0.05.The difference was statistically significant.6.The blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment in the observation group and the control group showed no obvious abnormalities,and no obvious side effects were found.Conclusion:1.Self-made "Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction" can effectively treat constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Self-made "Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction" and Maren Soft Capsule can improve the main symptoms of constipation,but in the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency constipation,especially limb temperature,long urine,abdominal pain,warm and other traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the control group has no obvious effect,the observation group is better than the control group.3.Self-made "Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction" has remarkable curative effect in treating constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type,with low recurrence rate,good safety and no obvious side effects.
