| Objective : The effect of Jieyu Anshen Decoction Combined with sound frequency resonance in the treatment of chronic tinnitus by vagus nerve stimulation and single frequency resonance of vagus nerve in the treatment of chronic tinnitus,the effect of vagus nerve stimulation and Jieyu Anshen Decoction on chronic tinnitus patients was clearly defined,and a more effective method was provided for the clinical treatment of slow tinnitus.It also provides support for the promotion of clinical application.Material and method : According to the diagnostic criteria,the patients who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random word number table.All participants performed medical history collection,perfected routine examination,performed tinnitus test before and after treatment(frequency,loudness),and completed the evaluation scale of tinnitus disability scale(THI),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score.The treatment group was treated with Jieyu Anshen Decoction Combined with sound frequency resonance to stimulate the vagus vagus nerve.The control group was treated with sound frequency resonance(SR)alone.The reassessment scale was treated after1 months,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated before and after treatment according to the subjective loudness classification of tinnitus,and the subjective loudness of tinnitus was followed up for 2 months after treatment.Results:1.Evaluation of curative effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group after 1 months and 2 months was 60% and 91.43% respectively.The total effective rate of the control group after 1 months and 2 months was 51.43% and 65.71% respectively.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group after 1months(P > 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group for 2 months was significantly higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P < 0.05).2.Evaluation of patients with anxiety and sleep: two groups of patients before and after treatment of THI,SAS and PSQI scores were decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the SAS treatment group,PSQI score decreased significantly than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.tinnitus test(frequency and loudness): the loudness and frequency of tinnitus before and after treatment in two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.only by acoustic frequency resonance vagus nerve stimulation can reduce the scores of THI,PSQI and SAS scales in chronic tinnitus patients,reduce the tinnitus loudness,suggesting that percutaneous vagus nerve stimulation has certain effect on improving the anxiety state and sleep quality of chronic tinnitus patients.2.Jieyu Anshen Decoction Combined with acoustic resonance percutaneous vagus nerve stimulation in patients with chronic tinnitus can reduce THI,PSQI,SAS scale score,reduce tinnitus loudness,and compared with the acoustic resonance for vagus nerve stimulation has more advantages,showed that the combined application of chronic tinnitus anxiety and sleep quality in patients with better effect. |
