Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Compound Huangqi Decoction In The Treatment Of 62 Cases Of Minor Ophthalmomuscular Myasthenia Gravis

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of Compound Huangqi Decoction combined with pyridostigmine for Juvenile oculomotor myasthenia gravis to provide practical treatment for clinical treatment.Methods: A total of 62 patients with myasthenia gravis meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from September 1,2015 to July 1,2016,at the Myasthenia Gravis Treatment Center of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.There were 27 males and 35 females,aged 3-16 years old,duration of 1-24 weeks.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups(31 in each group).The control group was given pyridostigmine.The test group was given Compound Huangqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated with 6 Months,observe the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,clinical absolute score before and after treatment records,TCM symptom scores and basical pyridostigmine dosage change,withdrawal and follow-up after treatment were observed 1-year disease recurrence.Results:1.Basic information: In this study,62 patients were diagnosed with myasthenia gravis,including 27 males and 35 females,with a ratio of 1:1.30 male to female.The onset age was from 3 to 16 years.There were 26 cases(41.94%)in pre-school and pre-school years(≤7 years old),21 cases(33.87%)in school-age(7-12 years)The incidence of the disease was 15(24.19%),with an average age of 8.56±3.52 years,duration of 1-24 weeks,and an average disease duration of 8.58±4.69 weeks.2.Clinical features: The incidence of this study statistics,70.97% of patients with no obvious cause of myasthenia gravis symptoms.In this study,X-ray and/or thymus CT examinations revealed 17 cases(27.42%)of thymus abnormalities,12 cases of thymic hyperplasia(19.35%),and 5 cases of thymus degeneration(8.06%);thyroid function tests were performed.Abnormalities in 7 cases(11.29%),were diagnosed as hyperthyroidism.The first symptom in this study,41 cases of unilateral eyelid ptosis,19 cases of bilateral ptosis,diplopia in 2 cases,eye movement disorders in 11 cases.3.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,sex and course of disease(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in clinical absolute score and TCM syndrome score(P> 0.05)The first two groups of patients with bromopyrazine daily per capita consumption by no significant difference(P> 0.05),the above shows that the two groups of patients before treatment comparable.4.After treatment,the overall clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy compared P <0.05,that there is a difference between the two groups.5.After treatment,the clinical absolute score and TCM symptom score decreased in both groups.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05).6.The average daily dosage of triptoretin in the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P <0.05),but no significant difference was found between the dosage of triptolide and the control group before treatment significance.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).7.In the trial group,the number of patients taking pyridostimide in the trial was 17,the withdrawal rate was 54.84%.The number of patients in the control group was 2 and the withdrawal rate was 6.45%.After comparison,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.8.The recurrence rate was 54.84% in the experimental group and 8 cases in the control group.The recurrence rate was 6.45%.After comparison,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.9.In the control group,11 patients had gastrointestinal reactions such as diarrhea,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting.The incidence of adverse reactions was 35.48%,while no obvious adverse reactions were found in the experimental group.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Compound Huangqi Decoction combined with pyridostigmine treatment of juvenile ocular myasthenia gravis more effective than the simple application of pyridostigmine.2.Compound Huangqi Decoction in the course of treatment to help patients reduce the amount of pyridostigmine.3.Compound Huangqi Decoction combined with pyridostigmine can reduce the recent recurrence rate of patients.4.Compound Huangqi Decoction and pyridostigmine combination can reduce adverse reactions during the medication.
