Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Myasthenia Gravis With Compound Huangqi Decoction Combined With Pyridinium Bromide

Purpose:To observe the compound joint of pyridine bromide,Ming huang qi granules treatment for type I,type IIa and IIb myasthenia gravis patients clinical curative effect,provide the feasible for clinical treatment.Methods:60 cases of type I,type IIa and IIb myasthenia gravis patients according to random number table randomized grouping way is divided into experimental group(compound huang qi one joint pyridine bromide si Ming treatment group)and control group(pyridine bromide si Ming treatment group),treatment group 30 cases: male of 13 cases,women with 17 cases,aged 10-75,mean age: 48.8 years of age,course of 1-97 months.Control group 30 cases: 14 cases in men,16 in women,age 8 to 75,average age: 55,and 2 to 96 months.Both groups used pyridine bromide si Ming treatment,treatment group taking pyridine bromide,at the same time combined with compound huang qi Ming one treatment,before and 6 months after treatment,two groups of patients with myasthenia gravis and absolute scale of TCM symptom assessment evaluation,comparison of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms was observed,application SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical data processing,measurement data with mean + /-standard deviation,according to the data in the first place to carry on the normal distribution test,using t test samples accord with normal distribution,do not conform to the normal distribution are applied rank and inspection,counting materials R * C chi-square,with P < 0.05 for standard,with differences have statistical significance.Results: 1.The two groups of patients' gender,age,type,duration,myasthenia gravis clinical absolute scores and TCM symptom score data statistical analysis after the P values were greater than 0.05,shows that two groups of patients before treatment comparable.2.After 6 months of treatment,again for two groups of patients with myasthenia gravis clinical absolute scores and TCM symptom scores,after statistical analysis,P values were less than 0.05,shows that two groups of myasthenia gravis were comparable clinical absolute scores and TCM symptom scores,there is statistical significance.3.Compound joint of pyridine bromide,Ming huang qi granules treatment group in improving the type I,type IIa and IIb myasthenia gravis patients' clinical symptoms is superior to the simple application of pyridine bromide,the therapy group,difference between groups with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion : Compound joint of pyridine bromide,Ming huang qi granules can significantly improve type I,type IIa and IIb clinical symptoms of patients with myasthenia gravis.
