Research On The Correlation Between Astragalus Physique And Chronic Urticaria

Purpose:to investigate the constitution type of patients with chronic urticaria,and to analyze the correlation between astragalus constitution and chronic urticaria.Material and method: this study adopts questionnaire method,in November 2016 to November 2017,liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital outpatient and ward,shenyang seventh people's hospital ward of the basic situation and the cause,course of patients with chronic urticaria,accompanying symptom and syndrome type data collection,using spss20.0 software for statistical analysis conclusion.Results:The survey,a total of 165 patients with chronic urticaria,including astragalus physique of 75 cases of astragalus physique of 90 cases(radix bupleuri constitution 34 cases,cassia twig physical 20 cases,10 cases of ephedra physique,rhubarb constitution of 17 cases,9 cases of pinellia constitution).Among them,astragalus has the most physical constitution1.The onset season of astragalus constitution and chronic urticaria patients was correlated with age,sex and occupation(p<0.05): the highest incidence was in spring and summer.Age distribution: among them,the highest rate was between 51 and 80 years old.2,astragalus root,physique and past history of patients with chronic urticaria,drug allergy,are associated with other allergic diseases(p < 0.05): past medical history: the history of disease in the digestive system disease,cardiovascular disease,acne and other skin diseases.History of drug allergy: penicillin or cephalospora;Combined with other allergic diseases,including allergic rhinitis and eczema.3.The etiology and pathogenesis of astragalus and chronic urticaria were related(p<0.05).The duration of the disease was 6 weeks to 6 months.The wind group increased time by night.4.The association between astragalus constitution and patients with chronic urticaria(p<0.05)Conclusion:1.The patients with chronic urticaria had the largest proportion of astragalus constitution.2.The incidence of patients with chronic urticaria of astragalus was more in women and 51-80 years.3.In patients with chronic urticaria of astragalus,cold urticaria is the main cause of the disease.4.The patients with chronic urticaria of astragalus were mainly accompanied by the shortness of chest,and the syndromes were mainly characterized by qi and blood deficiency and wind and cold.
