A Preliminary Study On The Relationship Between TCM Syndromes Of Chronic Urticaria And Physical Fitness

Purpose:To collect the clinical information of chronic urticaria patients,to analyze the relationship between the constitution type,gender,age and syndrome type of chronic urticaria patients,and to analyze the influence of the mixed quality on the results.According to the results of the study,guide the treatment and daily care of patients to achieve the purpose of prevention before disease and prevention of disease.Material and method:From September 2017 to may 2019,a total of 196 patients with chronic urticaria who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the outpatient clinic of Professor Zhang Yu,tutor of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.The constitution is determined as nine kinds of constitution,i.e.peace quality,Qi deficiency quality,Yang deficiency quality,blood stasis quality,qi depression quality,yin deficiency quality,phlegm dampness quality,damp heat quality and special quality.The syndrome types of TCM can be divided into three types: wind heat attacking exterior syndrome,wind cold bundle exterior syndrome,gastrointestinal dampness heat syndrome,Wei exterior unsteadiness syndrome,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,Qi and blood stasis syndrome.Using Excel and spss26.0 software,descriptive analysis,chi square test and logistic regression analysis were used to explore the correlation between the syndrome type and constitution of chronic urticaria.Results:1.The distribution of TCM syndromes is: deficiency of both qi and blood,syndrome of wind and heat attacking the surface,syndrome of Wei and surface unsteadiness,syndrome of wind and cold bundle surface,syndrome of gastrointestinal damp heat,syndrome of Qi and blood stasis.2.The distribution of constitution without considering the quality of qi deficiency,phlegm dampness,Yang deficiency,dampness and heat,special quality,blood stasis,yin deficiency =peace quality,qi stagnation quality.Considering the distribution of the Constitution with mixed substance: Qi deficiency quality > special quality > phlegm dampness quality > Yin deficiency quality > Yang deficiency quality > damp heat quality > qi depression quality >blood stasis quality > peace quality.3.The distribution of constitution in gender is Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and special quality,while Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness are the main constitution types of female patients.This result is the same as that when considering the mixture.4.Regardless of the distribution of constitution in the age,the patients in the young group were mainly phlegm dampness and heat dampness,while the patients in the middle-aged group were mainly Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness.In the elderly group,Qi deficiency and yang deficiency were the main factors.This result is almost the same as that of the consideration of both inclusions.5.Regardless of quality,most of the TCM syndrome types are Qi and blood deficiency;most of the Yang deficiency are Qi and blood deficiency;most of the yin deficiency,phlegm dampness,damp heat and special nature are wind heat;most of the blood stasis are Qi and blood stasis,wind heat and wind cold cluster;most of the qi stagnation are Qi and blood stasis Most of them are stagnation syndrome.The distribution of constitution in TCM syndrome types is that phlegm dampness is the most common syndrome of wind heat invading the surface;phlegm dampness is the most common syndrome of wind cold bundle surface;damp heat is the most common syndrome of stomach dampness and heat;Wei Biao not solid syndrome,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome are the most common;Qi and blood stasis syndrome is the most common syndrome of blood stasis and qi stagnation.6.When considering the quality of both sides,the distribution of TCM Syndrome Types in the constitution is mainly composed of two types of deficiency of Qi and blood,i.e.peace quality,Qi deficiency quality and yang deficiency quality;most of yin deficiency quality is caused by wind heat;most of phlegm dampness quality is caused by wind cold cluster;most of dampness heat quality is caused by gastrointestinal dampness heat;most of blood stasis quality and qi stagnation quality are caused by Qi blood stasis;most of special quality is caused by non fixation of Wei surface.The distribution of constitution in TCM syndrome type is wind heat attacking exterior syndrome,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome is mainly of qi deficiency quality;wind cold bundle exterior syndrome is mainly of phlegm dampness quality;gastrointestinal dampness heat syndrome is mainly of dampness heat quality;Wei surface not solid syndrome is mainly of special quality;Qi and blood stasis syndrome is mainly of blood stasis quality.Conclusion:1.There is a correlation between TCM syndrome type and constitution without considering the concurrent quality.Qi deficiency and quality are not easy to cause wind heat syndrome.There is no exact risk factor for the syndrome of wind heat invading the exterior;the patients with phlegm dampness and blood stasis are prone to the syndrome of wind cold bundle exterior,among which the patients with blood stasis are more likely to have the syndrome of wind cold bundle exterior than those with phlegm dampness;the patients with phlegm dampness and damp heat are more likely to have the syndrome of gastrointestinal dampness heat,among which the patients with damp heat are more likely to have the syndrome of gastrointestinal dampness heat than those with phlegm dampness;the patients with Yin deficiency are more likely to have the syndrome of Wei exterior unsteadiness The patients with peace quality,Qi deficiency quality and yang deficiency quality are prone to Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,of which Qi deficiency quality has the highest probability;the patients with blood stasis quality and qi stagnation quality are prone to Qi and blood stasis syndrome,of which the incidence of qi stagnation quality is higher than that of blood stasis quality.2.There is a correlation between TCM syndrome type and constitution when considering the quality of both.The patients with Yin deficiency and damp heat are more likely to have wind heat syndrome,among which the patients with Yin deficiency are more likely to have wind heat syndrome than those with damp heat syndrome;the patients with Yang deficiency and phlegm dampness are more likely to have wind cold syndrome,among which the patients with phlegm dampness are more likely to have wind cold syndrome than those with Yang deficiency;the patients with damp heat are more likely to have gastrointestinal damp heat syndrome;the patients with idiosyncrasy are more likely to have Wei Biao unstable syndrome;the patients with Qi deficiency Qualitative patients are prone to Qi and blood deficiency.Phlegm dampness and heat dampness are not easy to produce Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,and the probability of the occurrence of heat dampness is lower;patients with blood stasis and qi stagnation are easy to produce qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and the probability of the occurrence of blood stasis is higher.3.In the study of physique,it is more reasonable to consider the results of concurrent quality.
