Clinical Efficacy Research Of Scorpion Granule On The Treatment Of Proteinuria Caused By Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Purpose:This paper aims to evaluate the Scorpion granule particles in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis efficacy and safety, in order to guide clinical, and carry leaves the teacher experience, for the treatment of chronic nephritic proteinuria provide an effective method.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study, using randomized, parallel clinical trial therap, we divided63cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients into TCM-WM group (treatment group) and WM group (control group). The control group give regular prescription treatment, Treatment group was based on a regular basis party with Scorpion granule, To observe the two groups of patients both before and after the treatment including the clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score,24-hour urinary protein, and liver and kidney functions, and then evaluate the efficacy and safety of this treatment.Results:The data analysis showed that:the total effective rate in treatment group is84.34%, control group is64.53%, the24-hour urinary protein effective rate in treatment group is90.63%, control group is67.74%, compared the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Safety observation index has not seen the obvious abnormity changes with Scorpion granule, Only a few patients medicine early mild gi discomfort, security is better.Conclusion:The efficacy of Scorpion granule treat proteinuria caused by chronic glomerulonephritis has a well treatment effect, an effective treatment methods, reduce albuminuria, improve clinical symptoms.
