Purpose:Based on the "strong fire feed gas, less angry fire" theory, discusses the evaluation of the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine kidney convalescent and western medicine in treating refractory nephrotic syndrome in children. To analyze the types of characteristicsrefractory nephrotic syndrome in children.Material and method:The children who were diagnosed as "refractory nephropathy syndrome " visiting a doctor in Liaoning traditional Chinese medicine hospital pediatric clinic were Collected.Selecting children who are following for inclusion and exclusion criteria in this study collect the information of using questionnaire(self-proposed).On the basis of the treatment of western medicine, professor wang xuefeng, the tutor, gave the kidney convalescent treatment according to the clinical manifestations of the children, and the traditional Chinese medicine was taken orally to the hormone stoppping, and asking the the recurrence occurs followed a year later.Using EXCEL spreadsheet and statistical software SPSS17.0 to record the collected data analysis clinical data.According to the outcome of judging the curative effect of TCM syndrome, judging the curative effect of the disease and recurrence rate to evaluate the effect of kidney convalescent, and analyze the syndrome of TCM,sum up the syndromes of refractory nephrotic syndrome children and the characteristics of syndrome types in different stages of hormone application. Results: 1.In 76 cases of refractory nephrotic syndrome children,in the application of hormone stage syndromes of refractory nephrotic syndrome children were made up the insufficiency and excess, accounting for 82.35% and 70.83%.In the stage of hormone stopping, the deficiency syndrome is mostly seen, accounting for 63.64%.the induction stage of lots of oral hormones, liver and kidney Yin deficiency fire(58.82%)and Yin deficiency(35.29%)were dominant. The phase of hormone reduction was dominated by qi Yin deficiency(56.25%)and spleen and kidney Yang deficiency(29.17%).The stage of hormone stopping was dominated by qi Yin deficiency(54.55%)and lung spleen deficiency(36.36%).2.In 76 cases of refractory nephrotic syndrome children, the recurrence rate was compared between the two years before treatment and after the end of the treatment, and the chi-square test showed that P<0.05 was statistically significant.3.After the end of the kidney convalescent combined medicine treatment period,10 cases were excellent,46 cases were effective,17 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 77.63%.Results of TCM syndrome type, the clinical recovery was 24 cases,42 cases were excellent,6 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 4.73%.Conclusion: 1.The syndrome of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children is mainly based on false and solid evidence in the application of hormone therapy, while the syndrome type is mainly based on deficiency syndrome.2.Refractory nephrotic syndrome in children with hormone application at different stages of TCM syndrome type composition is different, large application hormone phase, the type of liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome with excess syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome and fire with excess syndrome; In the stage of hormone reduction, the deficiency of qi and Yin deficiency syndrome with excess syndrome and the syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome with excess syndrome were mainly analyzed. In the stage of hormone stopping, syndrome type is frequently seen in qi Yin deficiency syndrome and lung spleen deficiency syndrome.3.The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating children with refractory nephrotic syndrome has obvious improvement, and the clinical efficacy is significant, and the recurrence rate of nephropathy is obviously decreased.
