The Shenqidihuang Decoction Treatment Of Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome Recurrence Of Clinical Observation

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect and security of traditional Chinese herbs on treating Refractory Nephritic Syndrome(RNS)patients through the clinic study of Shen Qi Di Huang prescription plus western medicine,and to probe into the best therapy of curing the disease.Method60 patients were elected from the in-patients and out- patients case in HuBei Province Hospital of TCM who were diagnosed Refractory Nephritic Syndrome.They were divided into two groups at random:Shen Qi Di Huang prescription plus western medicine group(group A)and western medicine group(group B).Each group had 30 cases.Prednisone and symptoms treatment were given to de group B,and the treatment group is given Shen Qi Di Huang prescription on the basis of western medciding.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.We observed the symptoms,signs and examined Renal Function,Live Function,Blood-Rt,Urine-Rt,Stool-Rt,ECG of pre-treatment and past-treatment.24hupq,lipemia,albumin,Hs_CRP were examined before and after treatment.The results were analyzed statistically in t,X₂ and Ridit test.Results:1 The total effective rate of group A was 90%.While group B was 67%.There was significant difference between them(P＜0.05).2 The accumulative mark of TCM symptoms had distinctly decreased after treatment. There was significant difference between groups on the mark after treatment(P＜0.01).3 The 24hupq could be decreased in two groups.There was distinctive difference between two groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).4 The lipemia could be decreased.And group A was better than group B(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).5 The albumin could be increased in two groups.Group A was better than group B (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).6 The Hs-CRP could be decreased in two groups.Group A was superior to group B (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).7 Compared with group B,group A had differential effect in improving the patients clinical symptoms(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).8 There was not abnormal change during treatment period.All the indexes were stable or better after treatment.All these indicated that Shen Qi Di Huang prescription had not harmful reaction.It was safe in the course of clinical application.Conclusion:Group A had better effect on treating the Refractory Nephritic Syndrome patients than group B on the aspects of symptoms,signs and experiment indexes(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Shen Qi Di Huang prescription was safe and effective in clinical application. Therefore,Shen Qi Di Huang prescription was one of the best therapies to cure RNS.
