Research On The Correlation Between Physique Identification And Pulmonary System Diseases In Children

Purpose:To explore the factors of lung disease physical distribution characteristics and its related clinical effect,in order to provide objective clinical basis for prevention and treatment of children with lung diseases and normal children in different physical nursing.Material and method: This survey was conducted at the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of child health in April 2017 to December 2017,the pediatric tcmconstitution fill in the questionnaire,a total of 2-14 years old with lower respiratory tract infection(pneumonia,bronchitis),recurrent respiratory tract infection,allergic respiratory diseases(allergic rhinitis,allergic cough,allergic asthma history)the history of children's health total of 300 questionnaires,using SPSS software and chi square test methods for data analysis.Results:1.Correlation between TCM Constitution and pediatric lung disease,collected 300 cases and 19 cases of medium quality(14.33%),281(85.67%)cases of biased constitution.The types of the syndrome of lung disease in children are mainly characteristic of quality,phlegm,Qi deficiency and yin deficiency;2.The distribution of lung disease in the 2.common diseases and pediatric constitutional types with different correlations,lower respiratory tract infections(pneumonia,bronchitis)children's physique in Yin deficiency(43.31%),recurrent respiratory tract infection inchildren with Qi deficiency than biased constitution(54.29%)as the main allergic respiratory disease(allergic rhinitis allergic cough,allergic asthma)in children with the intrinsic quality of TCM Constitution(64.03%);3.The distribution difference between different age groups in children's syndrome of lung disease was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical constitution of children with pulmonary diseases is mainly Yin deficiency(42.42%)and idiosyncrasy(27.27%).In the early school age,yin deficiency(40%)and Qi deficiency(32.67%)are the main components,and the school age is mainly phlegm dampness(65.48%)and idiosyncrasy(55.95%);4.The distribution of TCM constitution types of the syndrome of lung disease in children is related to the history of individual allergy and family history.Of the 300 cases,64.67% had a history of individual allergies,32.67% had a family history of allergies,and 12.67% had a family history of chronic respiratory diseases.In children with allergic history and family allergy,constitution is the most natural constitution and phlegm dampness.In children with family chronic respiratory disease,Qi deficiency and yang deficiency are common;5.The difference was statistically significant distribution of lung disease in children with TCM type of constitution in the diet of(P<0.05)accounted for 34%,no special diet,light diet accounted for 25%,meatarian accounted for 41%,the light diet more see Qi deficiency,meatarian more common phlegm.Conclusion:1.Children with lung disease have obvious physique tendency.Different syndromes of lung system have different physical tendencies.2.The physical type of children with lung disease is closely related to age,individual allergy history,family allergy history and dietary habits.
