The implementation of the "Healthy China" strategic plan has promoted the health industry to become a new growth point for cultivating the national economy,and people's health has become the productivity of enterprise development.As the health of the body is inseparable from the health of the oral cavity,under the influence of this strategic environment,the oral medical industry has ushered in a good development opportunity.As a new private dental medical institution,QPG Dental Clinic wants to divide the bigger cake in the fierce market competition.In addition to having the necessary medical technology level,it also needs to do a good job in management to effectively implement technology and services.Combine to improve patient satisfaction.The concept of Management By Objectives(MBO)was first proposed by American management scholar Peter Drucker.He stressed that the goal should be achieved by decomposing the organizational goals on a layer-by-layer basis.The interlocking effect between the individual goals of the employees and the overall goals of the organization is to motivate the potential of the employees,fully mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the employees,and ensure the overall goal of the organization.After years of development,target management has been widely used in the daily management activities of many different types of organizations.In this study,the QPG dental clinic was used as a research object.By consulting the literature,conducting questionnaire surveys and field visits,and combining the relevant theoretical knowledge of target management,the problems of QPG dental clinics in target management were revealed,including four aspects: First,when the target setting is made,the strategic objectives are missing,and the short-term goals are not clear.Second,when the target is broken,the complete target chain cannot be formed.Third,in the process of implementing the target,the management of personnel and culture is insufficient,and information management is not perfect,lack of management of customers;Fourth,when evaluating the completion of the target,there is a lack of a comprehensive evaluation system.Through the analysis of the above-mentioned problems,the design of the target management improvement program is mainly from clear strategic development goals,setting up a sound target decomposition system,strengthening the follow-up and feedback of the implementation process,and improving the target evaluation mechanism.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the program,an implementation guarantee is proposed.It is hoped that through this research,the target management level of QPG dental clinic will be effectively improved,and the enthusiasm of all medical staff will be fully mobilized to improve the quality of medical services.At the same time,it has reference significance for the management of medical institutions in the same industry.
