Purpose:Retrospective analysis of 24 solar terms with rheumatoid arthritis disease activity correlation.Material and method:The hospitalized patients diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis who were admitted to Department of Rheumatology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine on February 4,2016(Li Chun)-February 2,2017(one day before beginning of spring),collect the patient's name,diagnosis,chief complaint,admission date,solar terms,joint swelling,joint tenderness,ESR and other indicators,according to the number of joint swelling,joint tenderness,ESR index DAS28 score,exclusion of patients in the inactive period,and patients with rheumatoid arthritis disease activity level grading.finally,the use of frequency analysis of rheumatoid arthritis disease activity in the 24 solar terms.Extract data,then 24 solar terms into a circular statistical analysis,And then come to rheumatoid arthritis seasonal activity characteristics of disease,solar terms and focus on the trend,the highest point of disease activity,relative disease activity is higher,the degree of activity of the disease conditions.Results:1.896 patients met the inclusion criteria of rheumatoid arthritis patients medical records.through the frequency statistics found,RA patient activity rate of 24 solar terms smaller differences,RA patients with Ching Ming activities of the highest disease conditions,62 people,accounting for 6.92% of the total number of activities,the overall peak disease activity in autumn was Hanlu(5.25%),the overall summer disease activity peak for the summer solstice(5.25%),the overall winter disease activity peak was light snow(4.13%).2.High disease activity in the total number of solar terms in each of the following conditions:Spring mid-spring equinox was 92.45%.Autumn Mid-autumnal high was 93.02%;88.89% in winter and 88.24% in winter.Although the total number of sick people in the Ching Ming Festival was higher,62,accounting for 6.92% of the total(896 person-times),however,its high disease activity was only 36 trips,accounting for 58.06% of the total.3.According to the circular distribution statistical analysis,the overall condition of RA had a general trend of solar terms(P <0.001),disease activity peak time point is May 29(`??113.6132308 °),the peak activity of the disease before and after Xiaoman,the relative average RA patients with higher activity period for the year January 23 ~ September30 that year(`?ąS=-11.658608°~238.8850696°);RA patients increased the trend of disease activity more moderate(S=125.2718388°).RA patients with high disease activity there is also a concentration of solar terms(P <0.01),disease activity peak time point is May23(`??107.2535618 °),The peak activity of the disease before and after Xiaoman,the relative average RA patients with higher activity period was January 20 to September 24 that year(`?ąS=-15.2280852°~229.7352088°);RA patients with high disease activity increased more moderate(S = 122.481647 °).Conclusion:1.Disease patients with rheumatoid arthritis disease activity occurred in all seasons,windy weather is more important than other periods in spring.The rest of the season there are some patients with RA RA more disease activity,seasonal changes in the number of seasonal disease activities are relatively more.2.RA patients with disease activity time has the characteristics of solar terms,before and after Xiaman is the high incidence of disease activity in patients with RA,the relative period of disease activity for the period January 23 to September 30 that year;RA patients with high disease activity of the higher period of January 20 to September 24 that year;RA patients with high disease activity of the solar terms were: autumn equinox,equinox,winter solstice,big cold,summer solstice.
