Research On The Correlation Between 24 Solar Terms And Spontaneous Abortion

Objective:According to the data of all cases of spontaneous abortion and pregnant people in Beijing from January 2015 to January 2020,this paper investigates what solar terms the people who is born in are prone to abortion and which solar terms are easy to be abortion,in order to find out the inner correlations between the 24 solar terms and spontaneous abortion to guide clinical practice.Methods:A retrospective case-control study was used in this study,1.All the people with spontaneous abortion and pregnancy(157,009,and 912,613)who joined the Medical insurance in Beijing from January 20,2015 to January 19,2020 were collected,the number of two groups were counted,the spontaneous abortion rate of the solar terms of each year was calculated according to the number of pregnant women in the year(e.g the abortion rate of Great Cold in 2015=the number of abortions in this solar term/the number of all pregnant women in 2015�100%),and the average abortion rate of the same solar term was calculated in 5 years(e.g.,the abortion rate of Great Cold=the abortion rate of Great Cold from 2015 to 2019 was added/5),to analyze which solar terms were easy to abortion.2.All the above-mentioned spontaneous abortion patients and all the pregnant women in the same period were in the case group and control group respectively(excluding all spontaneous abortion in pregnant population,data 755,604),the number of all kinds of endowments according to birth solar terms,guest circuit endowments,and guest qi of Sitian and Zaiquan endowments,the occurrence rate of all kinds of endowments were calculated according to the total number of case group and control group,among all endowments of the same type were compared to find out the high rate was a risk factor for abortion,otherwise it was a protective factor.3.The continuous stratification comparison method of difference years were used for data of case group and control group,in order to get high-risk spontaneous abortion population and protection population.Results:1.the ratio of abortions was the least in Autumnal Equinox,followed by Beginning of Spring,and Summer Solstice;On the contrary,Cold Dew was the most,followed by Beginning of Autumn and Lesser Heat;Overall,the high solar term of abortion was concentrated in autumn,followed by summer and winter,and the low solar term of abortion in spring.2.As for the birth solar terms of the abortions,people born in Light Snow,Summer Solstice,Grain Rain,and Beginning of Summer were most easy to abortion,mainly in summer;While Lesser Fullness,Lesser Cold,Greater Cold,and Beginning of Autumn were the least,mainly in winter;In the five circuit and six qi endowments during pregnancy,the most gust circuit endowments were Shaohuo,Taimu,Taitu,Taimu-Shaohuo,and Shaohuo-Taimu,while Shaotu,Taihuo,Shaomu,Taijin,and Taishui-Shaomu were the least;The most guest qi endowments were Taiyin Sitian,Yangming Zaiquan,and Taiyang Zaiquan,while Yangming Sitian,Taiyin Zaiquan,and jueying Zaiquan were the least.The most guest qi combination was Shaoyang Zaiquan-Shaoyin Sitian,TaiyinSitian-TaiyangZaiquan,and YangmingZaiquan-TaiyinSitian,JueyinZaiquan-YangmingSitian,YangmingSitian-ShaoyinZaiquan,and TaiyangSitian-TaiyinZaiquan were the least.3.There are 71 high-risk spontaneous abortion subgroups and 73 protection subgroups,many of the two people have opposite solar term endowment,for example,1972 Greater Heat was considered as high-risk group,while 1972 Great Cold was protection group.Conclusions:This study shows that the closely relationship between 24 solar terms and spontaneous abortion,extrinsic angles of season and Intrinsic angles of congenital constitution are included:the Autumnal Equinox was the most not easy to abortion,while the adjacent Cold Dew is the most easy to abortion,as a whole,autumn is the most easy to abortion,while spring is not;People born with certain solar terms(Light Snow,Summer Solstice,Grain Rain,Beginning of Summer)were more prone to abortion,the solar terms endowments were opposite to the five circuits and six qi endowments,the susceptibility of spontaneous abortion was mostly the opposite,both angles suggest that the liver-kidney depletion were the cause of abortion.The results of this study can be used to guide clinical prevention and treatment,and also provide big clinical data support for the research on the more in-depth of spontaneous abortion.
