BackgroundRheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a kind of unknown aetiology of systemic autoimmune disease, with both hands, wrist, knee and ankle symmetry, chronic, destructive joint disease characterized, accompanied by fever, anemia, subcutaneous nodules and enlarged lymph nodes of extra articular manifestations and serum can appear a variety of autoantibodies.Because the exact etiology of RA is not clear,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate is the most commonly used in clinical evaluation of rheumatoid arthritis disease activity of the two classic indicators of inflammatory activity. But neither of the two was the most specific indicator of RA disease activity. In this study, the relationship between ESR,CRP,WBC,RBC,HGB,MCV,MCH,PLT,PCT,MPV,PDW,DSA28,RA,and other laboratory indexes were studied.ObjectiveTo evaluate and study the activity of RA,and to evaluate the value of these indexes in the diagnosis of RA by using the association between the conventional detection indexes and RA.Methodsaccording to the specific circumstances of the RA patients were grouped according to the age.Divided into A group and B group,A group for older patients(over 60 years old),B group for younger patients(less than 60 years old).DAS28 concentration was used to determine the active cycle group and the disease controlled release group. At the same time, choose the same age as the same volunteers as the comparison group, compared with patients with ESR,CRP,MPV,HGB and other indicators, and focus on the relevance ofthese indicators and DAS28.According to the relevance of the degree of reaction to judge.Results(1)A group in patients with disease activity cycle in patients with CRP,ESR,PLT,PCT and other values are higher than the same group in patients with sustained release period, but also higher than volunteers,RBC,HGB,MCH,MPV and other indicators than in the slow release period of patients to low, other indicators did not change, there is no statistical significance.(2)B group in the disease activity cycle in patients with CRP,ESR,PLT,PCT and other values are higher than the same group in patients with sustained release period, but also higher than volunteers,RBC,HGB,MCH,MPV and other indicators than in the slow release period of patients to low, other indicators do not change, there is no statistical significance.(3)A,ESR,PLT,PCT in CRP group and B group were higher than the volunteers,RBC,HGB,MCH,MPV and other indicators were lower than the volunteers, other indicators do not have differences, there is no statistical significance.(4)A group is in the period of onset and release period,DAS28 and CRP,ESR,PLT,PCT has a certain relevance, belonging to positive correlation,DAS28 and RBC,HGB,MCH,MPV has a certain relevance,is a negative correlation, and other indicators are not related, there is no statistical significance.(5)B group is in the period of onset and release period,DAS28 and CRP,ESR,PLT,PCT has a certain relevance, belonging to positive correlation,DAS28 and RBC,HGB,MCH,MPV has a certain relevance,is a negative correlation, and other indicators are not related, there is no statistical significance.(6)due to differences in age,B group in the incidence of the period of the patient's indicators reflect the situation than the A group in the period of onset of patients with better indicators.(7)there was no difference between B group and group in the slow release period and the index of the A group.Conclusionat present, the ESR,CRP,PLT,RBC,HGB and RA activity evaluation index DAS28 wererelated. In particular,CRP is more sensitive and reference value.
