Objective:Based on the statistics of all emergency medical insurance cases in Beijing,we compared the endowment characteristics and disease characteristics of the emergency patients in Great Cold(GC)with the emergency patients in Great Snow(GS),Winter Solstice(WS),Slight Cold(SC)and the emergency patients in Beginning of Spring(BS),Rain Water(RW),Insects Awakening(IA)respectively.So that we can verify that the junction time of Yunqi is the GC or the BS.Methods:We used retrospective research methods,divided into endowment characteristics analysis and disease characteristics analysis.The analysis of endowment characteristics is also divided into two parts.One part is the comparison of the endowment composition of patients.Based on the statistics of the emergency medical insurance in the GC of 2014-2018 and three solar terms before and after the GC,we calculated the number and ratio of all patients' 10 Sunyun and 12 Keqi.And then we judged the similarity by Manhattan distance.The other part was the comparison of changes in high-risk and low-risk endowments.We sorted the number of emergency department visits with 10 Sunyun and 12 Keqi within each solar term from high to low.So that we can compare changing nodes.Analysis of disease characteristics Based on the statistics of all emergency medical insurance in Beijing from January 20,2015 to January 19,2020,we calculated the incidence of various diseases in each solar term and the average incidence of 120 solar terms.Compared with the average incidence rate to get high incidence of diseases.Then the high incidence disease that repeats with the same solar term in 5 years is regarded as the repeated high incidence disease of the solar term.In each year,the high incidence disease of the solar term was removed from the repeated high incidence disease of the solar term in 5 years,to express the high incidence of diseases under the influence of the Keyun Keqi.We compared whether the high-incidence diseases of the CC is more consistent with he Yunqi characteristics of the next year,and then judge the junction time of Yunqi.Results:The endowment characteristics analysis results show that the 2014-2018 GC was more similar to the composition of the endowment in the beginning of the following year.At the same time,both male and female patients began to appear changes in high-risk and low-risk endowments in the GC.Therefore,the results of this study support the GC as the junction time of Yunqi.Conclusion:This study uses the current rich medical big data and standardized statistical analysis methods to verify the junction time of Yunqi.It provides clinical data support for the controversy at the junction time of Yunqi.It has important theoretical value and clinical significance.
