Clinical Study Of Group Acupuncture Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Flaccid Hemiplegia With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective Observe the difference between the clinical effect and the rehabilitation group of the Du Meridian acupuncture group in the treatment of ischemic stroke with flaccid Hemiplegia,Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis type.Methods The patients with ischemic stroke and hemiplegia who were selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Second Affiliated Hospital were selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.40 patients with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type were selected randomly.The digital table method was divided into 20 cases each of the "Duxue acupuncture group" and "rehabilitation treatment group",and a single-blind method was adopted by observational analysts to observe and study(the third party).Two groups were given regular treatment of apoplexy,acupuncture group selected Du Du points: Yaoyangguan,shrinkage,reinforcement to Yang,Baihui,Fengfu acupoint,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome: Qihai,Guan Yuan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Xuehai,geshu.When acupuncture,patients take lateral position,that is,the affected limbs are on the top,1 times a day,6 times per week,2 weeks / courses,for 2 courses.The rehabilitation group received 2 times /day treatment of the affected limbs,6 times a week for 30min/,2 weeks / a total of2 courses.2 groups of patients before treatment were to meet the Brunnstrom Iphase II clinical performance before and after the treatment and the patients of the2 groups were evaluated by National Institutes of health neurological deficit scale(NIHSS)and the degree of neurological deficit score(NDS)and functional comprehensive assessment of motor function score(FCA),according to Chinese traditional medicine curative effect the syndrome integral evaluation of 2 groups after the treatment.The scale was used to score the symptoms,and the changes of the scales and therapeutic indicators before and after treatment were observed and compared.According to the actual situation,the adverse events occurred during the treatment were analyzed and recorded.Results1.Curative effect: Compared to the treatment effect of the two groups after 2courses,Du found effective rate of acupuncture group was 90%(18/20),rehabilitation group was 75%(15/20),showed that the effect of Du meridian acupuncture group than in rehabilitation group(P<0.05).2.The National Institutes of health neurological deficit scale(NIHSS):Compared with the two groups of the NIHSS scores before treatment,and the data in the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).2 of the two groups after treatment in each group were compared with NIHSS score value,value after treatment was significantly lower before treatment,symptoms improved significantly(P<0.05)between the two groups after treatment,the NIHSS scores were compared,found Du acupuncture group with NIHSS score decreased significantly with the rehabilitation group,acupuncture group showed symptoms of Du the patients improved rehabilitation therapy group(P<0.05).3.Neurological deficit score(NDS): The data of the two groups were measured before the treatment,and the ratio of the two groups before the treatment was found to be comparable to that of the NDS data in the two groups,and the data of the two groups were comparable.After 2 courses of treatment before and after the data in the two groups compared,the difference significant(P<0.01),two groups were compared,NDS score decreased significantly in Du acupuncture group and rehabilitation treatment group.The results show that the degree of neurologic impairment in patients with Du acupuncture group was significantly lower than that of rehabilitation therapy group(P<0.01).4.The functional comprehensive assessment scale(FCA): The ratio of the score of the two groups before treatment was P>0.05,and the statistics were not different,and the ratio was comparable.After treatment in the two groups before and after the data compared to the Du meridian acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the numerical rehabilitation group(P<0.01),were compared between the two groups after the treatment of the data,FCA numerical Du acupuncture group increased significantly in the rehabilitation group,acupuncture group that DU patients function improved in rehabilitation group comprehensive transport(P<0.01).Conclusion1.Application of Du meridian acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy on ischemic stroke flaccid hemiplegia patients have different degree of decrease of nerve function,improve muscle strength and function of limbs,improve the ipsilateral limbs activity,and also have different degrees of improvement on the ability of daily life of patients;2.Du meridian acupuncture therapy can effectively promote the improvement of patients with ipsilateral muscle,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the nerve function defect degree of brain ischemia patients,improve patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type Du acupuncture obvious symptoms,and reduce NIHSS,NDS score than the rehabilitation group significantly,and improve the patients' FCA score there is also a rehabilitation group advantage;3.According to previous studies,acupuncture can regulate the expression of brain hemoglobin,neuroglobin,hypoxia inducible factor,can effectively improve cerebral metabolism,protect the ischemia area of damaged brain cells,preventing the progression of brain edema and cerebral infarction,and to alleviate the signs of neurological defect caused by ischemia,inhibit the delayed neuronal damage hair,promote recovery of cerebral cortex function,in order to speed up the recovery of myodynamia of hemiplegia,shorten the recovery time of patients with delayed paralysis,which may be associated with acupuncture on Warming Yang and regulating role of god.This study further confirmed the acupuncture of Du with Tongdu Tiaoshen,Wenyangtongmai,yiqitiaoxue,Huayutongluo effect,provides a new idea for the study on the mechanism of the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type flaccid hemiplegia further,to provide a clinical basis for the treatment of ischemic stroke with acupuncture of Du flaccid paralysis.
