The Research Of Professor Gong Hongtao's Prescription Regularity And Clinicale Xperience On The Treatment Of Dementia

Objective:Base on the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)inheritance system(V2.5),research and analysis Professor Gong Hongtao's prescription regularity and clinical experience on the treatment of dementia.Methods:Collect and screen out 234 prescriptions on the treatment of senile dementia,then,record them in the TCM inheritance system(V2.5).The function build-in the software such as statistical analysis?association rules?improved mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering,can be used to research Professor Gong Hongtao's prescription regularity and experience on the treatment of senile dementia.Results:The 234 prescriptions be analyzed include149 Chinese medicine.The basic information of the Chinese medicine(frequency?dosage?classification?channel tropism?four natures and five flavors of drugs)can be analyzed by the function of statistical analysis;69 date was analyzed by the function of association rules,including 13 fundamental Chinese medicine.When increase the support degree,it can be seen that Professor Gong Hongtao is good at using Sijunzi Decoction as the basic prescription;in the further evolvement,we study out 24 potential core combination and 12 potential new prescriptions for the treatment of dementia.Conclusions:1.Professor Gong Hongtao's treatment principle on the treat senile dementia can besummed:on one hand,nourishing qi to invigorate spleen?replenish vital essence and nourish the brains to treat its root causes;on the other hant,removing blood stasis andreducing phlegm?dredging the channel to treat its surface symptomatic.2.For researching the prescription regularity and clinical experience,The TCM inheritance system can offer a objective,scientific and multiple views on the statistical analysis.It does a great effect in the work of inheriting the experience of famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine experience.So,using the modern computer technology to explore new models and methods will make a large contribute to inherit the experience of traditional Chinese medicine.
