Purpose:In this study,children with muscular torticollis from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatric Children's Rehabilitation Center from 2015 to 2017 nearly 3 years were retrospectively analyzed.Analysis of children with sex,mass characteristics,fetal production,TCM Syndrome,Chinese characteristics therapy,treatment and other projects.To further explore the pediatric muscle torticollis etiology,clinical features,characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and other related aspects.Enhance understanding of pediatric muscle torticollis,in order to better prevent and early intervention treatment of pediatric muscular torticollis.Material and method:We retrospectively reviewed children with pediatric muscular torticollis admitted to our Children's Rehabilitation Center from 2015 to 2017.The registration list of items such as name,sex,mode of birth,birth weight,age at diagnosis,month of first visit,date of admission,discharge time,days of hospitalization,family history,disease location,mass features,treatment,efficacy and other projects,registration,and than by the the methods of statistical to deal with the relevant results and analysis.Results: 1.A total of 90 cases were collected,which met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria of 72 cases,male to female ratio was 46:26.2.The average age(years old)30.01 ± 3.44.43 pregnant women sedentary during pregnancy lack of exercise.52 cases of cesarean delivery,20 cases of cesarean section.Twenty-two of the 72 patients had an abnormal fetal position.Children with an average weight(g)3435.90±481.17.3.72 cases of children,found by the parents of 69 cases,through the physical examination found a lump in 3 cases.88.89% within 30 days after the birth of children(including 30 days)was found and 69.44% of the children were treated within 2 months.4.Two of the 72 patients had a family history of family history,children's father and children's uncle.Total 2 pediatric torticollis syndromes,tumor type 70 cases,2 cases of non-tumor.5.Treatment with pediatric massage,wax treatment with traditional Chinese medicine packet,the two kinds of therapy at the same time the application of 52 cases,pediatric massage,wax treatment with traditional Chinese medicine packet,acupuncture,this three kinds of therapy while the application of 20 cases.The shortest course of 10 days,the longest 239 days,54 cases of treatment in 31-120 days,accounting for 72.22%.6.72 cases of children,the treatment was cured: 30 cases,effective: 24 cases,effective: 16 cases,2 cases,the cure rate was 41.67%,the total effective rate was 97.22%.Follow-up by telephone,2 cases of children were not linked,54 cases were cured,2 cases were ineffective,2 cases of invalid children at the age of one year old have taken surgical treatment.Conclusion: 1.Most pediatric muscular torticollis are present at birth,male and female can be disease,most parents of children to the hospital because the discovery of children with a lump in the neck.2.Pediatric muscular torticollis etiology and pathogenesis is not clear,the fetal position is not correct,lack of exercise during pregnancy,pregnant women,the older generation of pediatric muscular torticollis risk factors.3.To massage-based treatment of children with muscular torticollis significant effect.4.Pediatric muscle torticollis in Chinese medicine treatment and efficacy evaluation criteria need to be standardized.
