| Objective:Through to the Changchun University of Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital children's medical center of 320 children with infantile bacterial pneumonia cases data were retrospectively analyzed,evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth and the curative effect of external treatment method in the treatment of pediatric bacterial pneumonia and advantages,to further improve the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of children with bacterial pneumonia,support and provide evidence-based medicine to clinical work.Methods:By interrupting the cases collected in Changchun University of Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital children's medical center in 2017 cases of children with infantile pneumonia information,would be in children with bacterial pneumonia patients with clinical data to establish for library,the cases of patients in the library information according to the use of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth or topical method is divided into category 1 and category 2,then,the random number table method was used to select 160 cases respectively from two queue data of children who were set up for the treatment group and observation group,compared two groups of cases data,using Excel2007 sorts through the data entry,and enter SPSS22.0 software is analyzed,it is concluded that scientific data.Results:A total of 320 children were included in this study,among which 55%were boys and 45%were girls,ranging from 1 year old to 11 years old,with an average age of 2.64 years old;The proportion was 31.25%in spring,26.56%in summer,24.06%in autumn and 18.13%in winter;Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome of wind heat closed lung syndrome accounts for 91.56%,phlegm heat closed lung syndrome accounts for 8.44%;Fever,cough and sputum is the most,accounting for 95.63%,95%respectively;Abnormal blood routine and CRP>10mg/L were the most,accounting for 30.63%;The imaging results showed that the enhancement and blurring of the lung texture was the most,accounting for 48.75%;Traditional Chinese medicine xiyanping injection accounted for 63.75%,yanhuning for injection accounted for 25%,thermal tonic injection accounted for 32.50%,danshen injection accounted for 28.44%,the average number of days of application in the treatment group was 7.769,the average number of days of application in the observation group was 8.838(p<0.05);The total clinical recovery rate was 93.75%,that of the treatment group and the observation group was 96.25%and 91.25%,respectively,and the average hospitalization days were 7.775 and 8.503,respectively(p<0.05);The days of temperature recovery in the treatment group and the observation group were 2.704 and 3.071,the days of cough and sputum disappearance were 6.026 and 6.107,the days of wheezing disappearance were 2.160 and 2.071,and the days of rind disappearance were 4.381 and 4.683,respectively(p<0.05);There were 10 commonly used antibiotics,of which the average number of days in the treatment group was 6.650 and that in the observation group was 7.738(p<0.05)Conclusion:Retrospective analysis of the data of hospitalized children with pediatric bacterial pneumonia in our hospital in 2017 showed that:pediatric bacterial pneumonia was more common in boys than in spring,and the age of onset was mainly 1?3 years old.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of wind heat closed lung syndrome significantly more than phlegm heat closed lung syndrome;xiyanping injection combined with amoxicillin potassium clavulanate can be used as an effective basic therapy for bacterial pneumonia in children.Abnormal blood routine(WBC>10×109/L,NE%>50%)combined with CRP>10mg/L has important clinical reference value for the diagnosis of this disease.Chest radiograms were mainly characterized by enhancement and blurring of lung texture,accompanied by small patchy,patchy,large patchy shadow and pulmonary parenchyma inflammation.Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with external application can not only reduce the course of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,improve clinical symptoms,but also reduce the days of use of antibiotics,so as to improve the clinical recovery rate,reduce the length of hospital stay,and provide an effective basis for the development of a more reasonable clinical treatment plan. |
