Purpose:Through retrospective analysis combined with the valuable experience of mentors, through the analysis of age, sex, course of disease, clinical symptoms, drug treatment, outcome, summarize the etiology of acne, clinical characteristics, and explore the rule of Tian Shi under different types of syndrome to send prescriptions. To evaluate the reliability of acne1 prescription, acne 2 prescription, acne 3 prescription combined with anti-inflammatory mask of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne vulgaris,in order to discuss the methods of treating acne vulgaris, and to relieve the pain of patients better.Material and method:From July 2017 to December 2018,90 patients were selected and divided into four groups: wind-heat group(n = 16),damp-heat group(n = 33)and damp-heat group(n = 41).Establish Excel form, record the patient information in detail,including:(1)general situation: name, sex, age, course of disease,etc.(2)Clinical manifestation: site of lesion, skin lesion count score, other symptoms of TCM,etc.(3)Laboratory examination before treatment, composition of traditional Chinese medicine during treatment and evaluation of curative effect.Application of SPSS2 2.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the collected data. The measurement data were expressed as mean ±standard deviation. The normality analysis and variance homogeneity analysis were performed for each group of data. The paired sample t-test was used for intra-group comparison and the non-parametric analysis was used for group-to-group comparison. The counting data were measured by chi-square test.p < 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.A total of 90 patients,29 males and 61 females, with a male-to-female ratio of 1 / 2.1,were analyzed in this study. At the same time,by statistical analysis, there was no correlation between sex and disease classification of acne(p>0.05).2.In this study, the age range of 90 patients was 15-41 years, the average age was 25.63 ±6.203 years, among them,45 cases were less than 25 years old, accounting for 50%,43 cases were between 25 years old and 40 years old, accounting for 47.78%.Only 2 cases(2.22%)were over 40 years old.The age of the patients was not associated with the type of acne(p >0.05).3.In 90 patients, the course of disease ranged from 3 months to 7 years, the average course of disease was2.167 ±1.612 years, and there was no correlation between the course of disease and the classification of acne(p >0 05).4.In this study, most of the 90 patients with acne were in forehead, cheek and jaw, accounting for 8.5%,75% and 62.5%,respectively.in the group of hepatobiliary dampness and heat, the most common site was in both cheeks(75.75%).The second was the jaw and forehead, accounting for 69.7% and 54.54%,respectively.All the patients in the enterogastric dampness and heat group had rash in the forehead, followed by the jaw and mouth and nose, accounting for 97.56% and 90.24%,respectively.In the wind-heat group, the skin lesions were mainly acne and inflammatory papules, and pustules were found in 8 cases, and acne and inflammatory papules were removed in the patients with dampness and heat of liver and gallbladder in the group of dampness and heat of liver and gallbladder. In addition to pustules, nodules were also found in a few patients, and not only acne, inflammatory papules, pustules, nodules, but also cysts were found in the enterogastric dampness and heat group. After statistical test, there was a correlation between skin lesions and acne classification before the first diagnosis and treatment(p < 0.01),and there was significant difference between the three groups(p < 0.01).5.All patients were tested for Acne and mite on the surface of skin before treatment. The results showed that 90 patients were positive for Acne and 3 patients were positive for acariasis.6.After internal and external treatment, the scores of skin lesions, other symptoms and total scores of 90 patients in this study were lower than those before treatment, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(p< 0.01).7.In this study,90 patients were treated with oral Chinese medicine decoction combined with external Chinese medicine anti-inflammatory mask. After 6 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 91.11%.Conclusion:1.The tutor summarized the clinical experience, divided acne into lung meridian wind-heat syndrome,liver-gallbladder damp-heat syndrome, stomach damp-heat syndrome,in which the lung meridian wind-heat syndrome was more common with papules and acne, liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome with excessive facial fat, intestinal and stomach damp-heat syndrome saw more nodular cysts.2.The combination of internal and external traditional Chinese medicine has the highest clinical efficiency in treating lung meridian wind-heat syndrome, the skin lesion of liver-gallbladder damp-heat syndrome and intestinal-stomach damp-heat syndrome recedes slowly.3.This study shows that traditional Chinese medicine combined with internal and external treatment of acne has a good clinical efficacy.
