Clinical Observation Of Kechuan Guben Pills In Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease In Stable Phase

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the curative effect of the treatment of patients with COPD stabilization by collecting clinical medical records.By observing the pulmonary function and clinical symptoms integral,CAT integral,the clinical efficient and the change of the SGRQ scores,to evaluate its respectively,to assess the curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of COPD patients with plateau,discusses the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease and prospects.Methods:Using randomized controlled method,from the selection of clinical into standard stabilization,80 cases of patients with COPD of.It randomly divided into 2groups,each group includes 40 people.for 12 weeks.The KeChuan Gu Ben Pill group:the pill each time 9g,twice daily by 12 weeks.The Xin Bi Ke group:160ug/4.5 ug/inhalation,two times a day.Observing two groups of patients with pulmonary function before and after treatment,the pulmonary function,CAT score,SGRQ score,clinical effective,at the same time,record adverse drug reactions.All the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.The measurement data was analyzed by t-test and the enumeration data by?~2�test.Results:1.Clinical symptom scores:The symptom scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that XinbiKe alone or XinbiKe combined with KechuanGuben pills It can improve the clinical symptoms such as cough,cough,sputum viscosity,chest tightness,shortness of breath,snoring and so on;and KechuanGuben Pill combined with Xinbike group in improving the symptoms of patients with stable COPD More advantages,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);2.CAT score:The CTA scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that Xinbike alone or XinbiKe combined with KechuanGuben pills can reduce the treatment.CAT scores;and the comparison between the two groups showed that the CAT score after the treatment of XinbiKe combined with KechuanGuben Pill was significantly lower than that of the single-use treatment group(P<0.01);3.SGRQ score:The SGRQ score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that both could improve the SGRQ score.Compared with the control group,the SGRQ score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.Group(P<0.01);indicating that KechuanGuben Pill combined with XinbiKebi may improve the SGRQ score more significantly than the single use letter;4.Pulmonary function:The pulmonary function indexes FEV1 and FVC of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05);compared with the two groups after treatment,the combination of KechuanGuben Pill and Xinbiwas better than Xinbike alone improving of Pulmonary function(P<0.05).5.Clinical efficacy:The clinical effective rate of XinbiKe combined with KechuanGuben Pill in the stable phase of COPD was 97.5%,and the clinical effective rate of the single-use Xinbike group was 85.0%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:BothXinbiKe andXinbiKe combined with KechuanGuben Pill treating the stable phase of COPD could improve the pulmonary function,the scores of clinical patients,the CAT scores and SGRQscores.Also KeChuan Gu Ben pill had more obvious clinical curative effect to treat COPD in the scores of clinical patients,the CAT scores,SGRQscores,pulmonary function and clinical effective.In the 12-week process of research it was safe,effective and having not bad effects.
