With the rapid development of the Internet,the medical industry is slowly shifting to the information model.More and more medical care systems are being used to solve the problem of the difficulty in seeing a doctor and slowness of getting medical treatment.These systems will not only conduct a comprehensive monitoring of patients by analyzing the vital signs of patients,but also conduct the corresponding storage and analysis for various information data,timely taking relevant measures to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of diseases.As the medical care system can improve the efficiency of hospitals and improve the accuracy of doctors' diagnosis,it is paid more and more attention in the medical industry.During the use of the system,a large amount of medical data will be generated.To make sure these data will be further analyzed,its integrity must be guaranteed.How to ensure that medical data is not falsified or deleted becomes an urgent problem to be solved.In order to solve the security problem of medical data,the data integrity verification mechanism is applied,which largely guarantees the integrity and security of the data,and further enhances the accuracy of the diagnosis results.In this paper,based on the current development status of medical care system.combined with the increasingly mature data integrity verification algorithm in few years.the data integrity verification is applied to the medical auxiliary diagnosis system,and the medical care system supporting PDP protocol is realized.The main research steps of the paper are as follows:(1)According to the functional requirements of the medical auxiliary diagnosis system,the overall architecture and function module diagrams of the system are proposed and introduced in detail.According to the functional module division,the system is divided into four sub-platforms.The realized medical care system platform not only satisfies the prediction of the patient's disease state through the Deep Learning Model and the WaveCluster Model,but also realizes the integrity verification of the data generated by the system,especially the medical data.Finally,the specific implementation of the Administrator module and the Doctor-patient module are introduced,and the data integrity verification module is introduced emphatically.(2)Data Integrity Validation algorithm supported by multi-replica and dynamic update is proposed in this paper,which is encrypted by introducing BLS signature algorithm,generating different replicas by using pseudo-random mask function,generating homomorphic authentication tags to reduce overhead,and introducing seed mapping table to support dynamic updating.Finally,the calculation,communication and storage overhead are compared and analyzed by experiments.(3)The Medical Care system Supporting data integrity verification has been realized.The Medical Care System supporting PDP protocol implemented in this paper solves the problem of data information integrity in the system.In this paper,through the improvement of the algorithm,the data integrity verification scheme of multi-replica storage and dynamic update is basically realized,which provides effective solutions for the analysis of medical big data produced by the medical system in the future.
