Objective:To establish a new model of passive,active warning and timely measures to disinfect the dynamic air disinfection in medical institution ambient air monitoring which based on bacterial colony count.By continuing dynamic air disinfection,keep the infusion room,general operating room,ICU,waiting rooms and other crowded places airborne bacteria and viruses in a number of sustained low state,thus radically reducing the incidence of nosocomial infections and respiratory infections in hospitals which caused by cross transmission.Methods:First,for the city's investigation,using stratified random sampling method,the first of the city's 66 hospitals in the air disinfection machine stratified according to hospital level,and then using simple random sampling method to determine the medical institutions.Categories according to different environments(class II environment,class ? environment),selected 20 rooms fitted with air disinfection machine in the city,air disinfection machine dynamic disinfection process monitoring,13 hospitals were surveyed,of which 7 third level hospitals,6 secondary hospitals,in the course of medical activities we test the total number of bacteria in the air,in order to determine if the existing disinfection.The second part in the city's re-selection and investigation process similar to the room,through the medical activities of medical institutions to carry out the process of the total number of bacteria in the air and influencing factors were observed,a total of 25 space surveillance,obtained correlation data in 120 groups,960 copies of data through statistical methods,we summed up the flow of people,room volume,temperature and humidity,the total intensity of UV light,circulating air flow and other inter-relationship factors.Results:The city investigation CCP Class II environmental monitoring including 12 rooms of 33 times,the total pass rate is 63.64%;class ?environmental monitoring eight rooms,a total of 27 times,an average pass rate of 58.62%,of which the infusion room exceeded the total number of bacteria seriously.Thus,according to the current mode of operation of the air disinfection on the incidence of hospital infection control and hospital cross-infection is detrimental.The second portion 25 through the space test data obtained for multiple linear regression analysis,the UV lamp power,people flow,relative humidity and monitor the volume of space is included in the multiple regression equation.Summed up in the formula in the form of the relationship between the various factors,the relationship formula is:Y =1335+23.3X1-7.4X2-4.6X3+3.3X4,through the relationship between the actual disinfection guidance process.Conclusion:This study is carried out during medical activities,method of air disinfection evidence-based calculating model change the past which is simply depend on the estimated,through the application of the results,which can effectively reduce hospital infections and various respiratory diseases in the hospital,the study can be generalized to apply to all the crowded places,such as kindergartens,schools,meeting rooms,gymnasium and a variety of modes of transport,which can reduce common respiratory diseases among people,especially for 2012 flu that swept the United States and the current domestic situation of H7N9 avian influenza,in reducing the incidence of respiratory diseases,it will play a positive role.
