Research On The Medical-care Integration Model Oriented To The Needs Of The Elderly

The problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious in the whole country.With the serious phenomenon of aging,the demand for providing for the aged is getting higher and higher for the elderly from all walks of life,as is the case in Guiyang City.The emergence of the mode of combining medical and nursing pension can effectively alleviate this problem,but the mode of combining medical care with providing for the aged in our country is still in its infancy.Therefore,there are still many places that need to be improved.The improvement of the mode of medical care combined with pension plays a very positive role in the health of the elderly,and can improve the quality of life and happiness of the elderly.This paper uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and quantitative analysis to study the problems existing in the mode of medical and nursing combination in Guiyang City and the influencing factors of the demand of the elderly,in which the situation of the five levels of demand of the elderly in Guiyang City is analyzed by multiple linear regression.The main research contents are as follows: first of all,from the analysis of the supply of medical and nursing combined pension services in Guiyang City and the corresponding interviews,this paper describes the total supply of Guiyang medical and nursing combination model and the current situation of the two different pension models,collects and collates the data obtained in the field investigation,focuses on the demand for pension services for the elderly in Guiyang City,and finds that Guiyang City Combined with the current situation of supply exceeding demand.Secondly,through descriptive statistical analysis,this paper cross-analyzes the demand of the elderly in Guiyang City for medical care combined with pension service model,and concludes that the needs of the elderly in the aspects of medical resources,diet,self-value realization and so on have not been met.Then,by using the method of multiple linear regression model analysis,this paper probes into the influencing factors of the demand of the elderly for the mode of medical care and providing for the aged.The results show that personal factors,economic factors,health factors,medical resources factors and participation factors can all affect the needs of the elderly,among which the specific factors that have a significant impact on the satisfaction of the needs of the elderly are: marriage Condition,physical condition,medical equipment,medical service,organization of recreational activities,participation activities,fees,psychological services,overall evaluation.Finally,based on the demand of the elderly,this paper analyzes the specific problems existing in the combination of medical and nursing,puts forward the development predicament of the mode of combining medical and nursing in Guiyang,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the mode of combining medical and nursing in Guiyang,so as to provide the basis for the better development of the combination of medical and nursing.According to the above research,the main problems and conclusions are as follows: 1,the management functional departments have the phenomenon of "multi-head management",the supervision of the government is not enough,resulting in the unsafe problem of the elderly,we should perfect the departmental cooperation mechanism and supervision mechanism.2,the fees are higher and the reimbursement is limited in the medical and nursing mode of pension institutions.In the aspect of reimbursement system,we should perfect and reduce the service charge.3,the diet of the middle and old people in the medical and nursing institutions can not reach the nutrition they should have,the choice is less,the diet of the elderly needs to be adjusted,and the corresponding APP can be made to provide nutritious meals for the elderly to choose to solve.4,Medical equipment and medical resources should be enriched and the construction of medical equipment should be strengthened.5,the activities provided by medical and nursing institutions to the elderly should be improved from the main body and way of providing activities.6,there is a lack of platform for the elderly to realize their self-value,and the corresponding platform for the realization of self-value of the elderly should be provided according to the theory of healthy aging.
