ObjectThrough the 100-day walking intervention in the high blood pressure population of a functional community in a city, the correlation between different daily average walking steps and changes in blood pressure, body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference and other indicators was analyzed, and the walking was established.A multi-factor predictive model for improving blood pressure indicators for the main intervention methods provides a reference for China's exercise intervention in high-value blood pressure populations in functional communities.MethodIn the functional community of a city, people with high blood pressure who have irregular movements are selected for walking intervention. The expected results are from May 11,2017 to August 18,2017.All subjects are required to have at least 10,000 steps per day,and equipped with a unified pedometer to collect the number of walking steps per hour(the walking frequency is 100~150 steps/minute).The basic information of the individual is based on the content of the user questionnaire.Questionnaires and measurements of blood pressure,BMI,waist circumference, and hip circumference were performed before and after the intervention. The final number of users included in the analysis was 5,805.Statistical analysis was performed on the general baseline data, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, body weight,BMI,waist circumference, hip circumference, and walking movement amount of the selected subjects by statistical software SPSS 19.0.The linear class model in machine learning, support vector machine, decision tree model and GBDT are used to predict the improvement of blood pressure value to select the appropriate modeling method.ResultAfter analysis,it was found that a small amount of moderate-intensity walking exercise(ie,the average daily number of steps below 8000 steps and the walking frequency was 100-150 steps/minute),before and after the intervention,BMI,waist circumference, hip circumference, systolic blood pressure There were no significant differences in health indicators such as diastolic blood pressure(P>0.05)_The appropriate amount of moderate-intensity walking exercise(the average daily step is between 8,000 steps and 15000 steps, and the walking frequency is between 100 and 150 steps/minute).The BMI,waist circumference, hip circumference, systolic pressure and other indicators are There were significant differences before and after the intervention(P<0.05).Daily high-intensity moderate-intensity walking exercise(average daily steps of more than 15,000 steps, walking frequency of 100-150 steps/minute),before and after intervention,BMI,waist circumference, hip circumference, systolic blood pressure Significant difference(P<0.05),the improvement of BMI and hip circumference is better than the moderate amount of moderate-intensity walking exercise Subjects(the average daily step is between 8000 steps and 15000 steps, and the walking frequency is between 100 and 150 steps/minute)(P<0.05),but the reduction in waist circumference and systolic blood pressure and the amount of moderate-intensity walking exercise(between 8,000 and 15,000 steps per day, walking frequency between 100 and 150 steps/minute)There was no significant difference(P>0.05).When using a variety of machine learning algorithms to predict multivariate models of systolic pressure changes,it was found that GBDT performed significantly better on the training set and test set than the linear class model, support vector machine and decision tree model(P<0.05).ConclusionFunctional high blood pressure people in the functional community to improve health indicators such as BMI,waist circumference, hip circumference and systolic blood pressure, can choose to carry out daily moderate walking exercise(walking frequency is 100?150 steps/minute),and require daily average health The number of steps needs to be between 8,000 and 15,000 steps. If you need to reduce the BMI and hip circumference more significantly, the average daily walking step can exceed 15,000 steps. When using the machine learning method to establish a blood pressure prediction model, the GBDT method is preferred.
