Research purposes:Through the investigation of College Students’physical exercise, mobile phone use behavior and Internet behavior, this study understands the basic characteristics of College Students’ physical exercise behavior,Internet use self-control and mobile phone addiction tendency, and further explores the relationship between physical exercise behavior, mobile phone addiction tendency,Internet use self-control,and whether physical exercise can start with Internet behavior. To the theoretical basis of positive intervention. It can provide reference for college students to develop good physical exercise habits and good mobile phone use behavior and self-control of network use.Research method:This study conducted a questionnaire survey among non-sports majors in 11 universities in Jiangsu Province.A total of 1415 questionnaires were sent out and 1405 questionnaires were collected.1397 questionnaires were valid, with an effective rate of 97.3%.In the process of issuance, ensure that each school has more than 100 questionnaires.A total of 100 valid questionnaires collected from each school were randomly selected as research samples.SPSS20.0 was used for analysis.Firstly, independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the demographic variables of physical exercise behavior, mobile phone addiction tendency and self-control ability of Internet use.Secondly, the correlation between College Students’physical exercise behavior, mobile phone use behavior and self-control ability of Internet use was analyzed. Finally, the conclusion was adopted.Constructive equation model validates the mediating role model of mobile phone addiction tendency between College Students’physical exercise behavior and network self-control.Survey results:There were significant differences in mobile phone use behavior between different genders(t=1.971,P = 0.049).There were no significant differences in physical exercise behavior between different genders(t=-0.461,P=0.645).There were no significant differences in self-control of Internet use between different genders(t=-0.411,P=0.681).There was no significant difference in physical exercise behavior(t=-1.565,P=0.118),mobile phone addiction tendency(t=31.325,P=0.185)and self-control ability of Internet use(t=0.120,P=0.905)between urban and rural college students. There was no significant difference in physical exercise behavior among college students in different schools(F=1.637,P=0.083),no significant difference in mobile phone addiction tendency(F=0.900,P=0.540),and no significant difference in self-control of Internet use(F=1.107,P=0.429).Regardless of the overall correlation analysis,or the correlation analysis of boys and girls, there are two correlations between College Students’physical exercise behavior,self-control of Internet use and mobile phone addiction tendency.Mediation model test results show that mobile phone addiction tendencies partly mediate the influence of College Students’ physical exercise behavior on self-control of Internet use, whether for the whole or for boys and girls respectively. The results are as follows:(1)Compared with the results of the students’physical fitness and health survey in Jiangsu Province in 2014,the physical fitness of college students in Jiangsu Province in 2017 is still declining.(2)The exercise behavior of male college students is better than that of female students. The mobile phone addiction tendency of male college students is higher than that of female students. The self-control ability of male college students is weaker than that of female students. The differences of students’origin and school have no significant influence on College Students’ physical exercise behavior,self-control of Internet use and mobile phone addiction tendency.(3)There was a negative correlation between the score of physical exercise behavior test and the score of mobile phone addiction tendency test;the score of mobile phone addiction tendency test was negatively correlated with the score of network self-control test;the score of physical exercise behavior test was positively correlated with the score of network self-control test.(4)The influence of College Students’physical exercise behavior on self-control of Internet use is realized through the mediating variable of mobile phone addiction tendency, which plays a part of mediating role.
