Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe, compare and evaluate the clinical effect of the positioning oblique pulling manipulation and conventional massage manipulation in the treatment of lower thoracic thoracic small joint disorders, and provide a new clinical treatment method and train of thought for the treatment of lower thoracic thoracic small joint disorders.Methods:60 patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria were divided into experimental group and control group by random grouping, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with oblique traction,1 times a day,the treatment time was 15 minutes, one course of treatment was 2 times, and one course of treatment was treated. The control group was treated with conventional massage.Once a day,15 minutes each time,2 times a course,1 times a day,15 minutes,2 times. Two groups of patients before treatment, after 1 courses of treatment,VAS score,PD(Pain Degree)value and clinical symptoms and signs score changes, the score before and after treatment was statistically analyzed, and the curative effect was judged.Results:1.The improvement rate of the experimental group and the control group were compared: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,the markedly effective rate was 83.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was93.33%,the effective rate was 60%.The healing rate of the experimental group wassignificantly better than that of the control group.2.In the two groups, the scores of VAS,PD and clinical symptoms and signs decreased after treatment, which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).It indicated that the two treatment methods were effective in improving VAS score,PD value, clinical symptoms and physical score.3.Comparison between the two groups after treatment: the scores of VAS,PD and clinical symptoms and signs in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving VAS score,PD value and clinical symptoms and signs score.Conclusion:1.Position oblique pulling method is effective in the treatment of the lower thoracic vertebra small joint disorder, and is better than the conventional massage hand.2.Position oblique trigger method is better than the conventional massage technique in alleviating the pain of patients(VAS score,PD value).3.Position oblique trigger is better than the conventional massage in improving the symptoms and signs of patients(clinical symptoms and signs score).
