In-depth Interviews Study The Behavior Of 7 Patients With Psoriasis

Objective:Through understanding the medical behavior of 7 patients with psoriasis in Beijing hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,such as medical choice,medical intention,medical satisfaction,and psychological changes,etc.,in order to explore the influencing factors and internal psychological changes of patients with psoriasis,so as to provide reference for guiding patients with psoriasis to seek medical treatment and provide better medical services.Research methods:.This research adopts qualitative research methods,the choice of Beijing Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and ward as data collection,in December 2017 to June 2018,the purpose of sampling,the sampling theory and snowball sampling,of seven patients with psoriasis by depth interview method individual depth interview,using induction,comparison,writing memos,encoding methods to analyze data,starting from the experiences and feelings of patients with psoriasis,in-depth analysis of 7 patients with psoriasis treatment behavior,medical behavior model is set up.The results:(1)Summarizing the medical behaviors of 7 patients with psoriasis,they can be divided into three parts:the process of medical treatment,psychological changes,and care and support.Among them,the process of seeking medical treatment is mainly manifested as long-term treatment,repeated treatment and multiple visits.The factors of seeking medical treatment are influenced by objective factors such as distance,economy,society,and the change of one's own condition,as well as subjective factors such as the understanding of oneself and the disease,and continue over time.The rise and fall of subjective and objective factors have an impact on the choice of seeking medical treatment.Psychological changes in patients with psoriasis mainly include inferiority,confusion and other negative emotions,hope,sublimation,acceptance and other positive emotions.A variety of emotions,a variety of psychological changes in the treatment of patients in the course of intertwined changes.Loving support includes support from family and friends,support from doctors,and help from strangers.(2)Seven patients medical treatment process can be summarized as "the first diagnosis and clinic ?Around to see a doctor(?)Prone to a place",psychological change can be summed up as "young not sorrow ?inferiority,confusion,hope interweaves transformaccept".Care and support were provided throughout the whole process of seven patients seeking medical treatment.At the beginning,patients did not know much about the disease,and the choice of medical treatment was mainly determined by objective factors.With the repeated onset of the disease,a variety of emotions such as inferiority,confusion and hope gradually affected the patient's medical behavior.As time goes by,patients have a deeper understanding of themselves,the medical unit,the occurrence and development of the disease and the treatment methods.They also gradually accept the disease,and their emotions gradually calm down.Patients' choice of medical treatment is also more rational,and subjective factors play a more dominant role in medical behavior.Love from family,friends,doctors and strangers is an important part of the process of psychological transformation in psoriasis patients with continuous treatment.(3)As doctors,it is very important to understand the occurrence and development of psoriasis,so as to give patients the correct prescription.On the other hand,because of the chronic psoriasis,repeated attacks,psoriasis patients seeking medical process is long and tortuous,understand the process of seeking medical treatment,understand the stage of seeking medical treatment,the current psychological state is also important.At the same time of correctly prescribing the prescription,the doctor can make the patient clear about the development trend of the future disease and the treatment methods that may be used in the future,give the patient the correct psychological expectation,make the patient trust the doctor's treatment more,and increase the patient's compliance.At the same time,psoriasis patients with adequate psychological support,for the establishment of confidence is also an important non-drug treatment means,but also this kind of communication should be tailored to the individual,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,for different patients with different recommendations.
