by year.Due to the complicated etiology of chronic prostatitis,the pathological mechanism has not been fully elucidated.Western medicine has certain limitations in the treatment of this disease.Simply chronic prostatitis.Objective:This research program is divided into two parts:clinical experience and experimental research.Clinical part:systematically sort out the clinical experience of the instructor in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,and discuss the regularity of the prescriptions of the prescriptions;experimental part:observe the general condition of the chronic prostatitis model rats prepared by using Xiaoqianling injection The effects of state,body mass and pathological structure of prostate tissue were detected by ELISA and HE staining techniques.The serum and prostate tissues of TNF-?,IL-6,PGE2,ET-1,PGI2 and NO were detected in the prostate.The tissue was observed and the mechanism of "Tongqianluo Decoction"was used to treat chronic prostatitis.Methods:Clinical part:Collect medical records of patients with chronic prostatitis who were treated by Professor Li Haisong from January 2018 to December 2018.Combine with the related works and opinions of Professor Li Haisong,analyze and organize the common drug combinations for treating chronic prostatitis.According to the angles of phlegm,qi,liver,dampness,and subsidence,the methods and techniques for improving the clinical efficacy of chronic prostatitis are summarized.Experimental part:40 male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 200-250 g,were randomly divided into blank group,model group,sham operation group and“Tongqianluo Tang”group after 1 week of adaptive feeding after purchase.(hereinafter referred to as the Chinese medicine group)a total of 4 groups,10 in each group.Rats in the model group and the Chinese medicine group were anesthetized with chloral hydrate(0.0033 m L/g),exposed to the dorsal lobe of the prostate,and injected with 25%of Xiaozhiling injection 0.2 mL.The bladder was repositioned and the abdomen was closed..The sham operation group was opened as above,and the same amount of physiological saline was injected into the dorsal lobe of the prostate.Postoperative rats were injected intraperitoneally with penicillin 160,000 units/to prevent infection.The blank group was routinely raised.After the successful modeling,the adaptive feeding was carried out for 2 days,and the third day was started at 10 o'clock every day.Blank group,model group,sham operation group:routine feeding,8 ml/kg deionized water per day.The Chinese medicine group used the "Tongqianluo Tang" suspension(8ml/kg)with deionized water daily,and 600mg(6g/kg)of the Chinese herbal compound for circulation of blood circulation and collaterals(6 times of human body).The body weight was weighed every 5 days during the experiment,and the dose was adjusted.The amount administered is calculated as the ratio of body weight to drug.All animals were sacrificed 28 days after drug intervention.Tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),interleukin-6(IL-6),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and prostacyclin 12 were detected in serum and rat prostate tissue homogenates(PGI2)and levels of endothelin 1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO).Results:Clinical part:Professor Li Haisong's common combination of drugs for treating chronic prostatitis can be used to promote blood circulation and remove phlegm,relieve pain,relieve liver and relieve phlegm,soften liver and relieve pain,nourish yin and reduce fire,clear heat and dampness,tonify qi and spleen,and raise yang.Understanding the gas and other aspects,and improving the clinical efficacy of chronic prostatitis can start from the comprehensive examination at the initial diagnosis,the combination of the disease,the combination of three discriminations,the focus on depression and anxiety,and the strengthening of disease management.In the experimental part,the levels of TNF-?,IL-6,PGE2 and ET-1 in the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank group,P<0.05,PGI2 and NO levels were significantly decreased,P<0.05.There was no significant difference between the index and the blank group.Compared with the model group,the levels of PGI2 and NO in the Chinese medicine group were significantly increased,P<0.05,and the levels of TNF-?,IL-6,PGE2 and ET-1 were significantly decreased,P<0.05.Conclusion:Through flexible selection of drug pairs and attention to the overall situation of patients,the clinical efficacy of chronic prostatitis can be significantly improved."Tongqianluo Decoction"can significantly increase the content of PGI2 and NO in serum and prostate tissue of rats,and reduce PGE2 and ET-1.The level that inhibits the inflammatory response.
