| [Object]Through investigating and studying the general information of endometrial polyps patients,TCM syndromes,anxiety,depression status and the five-pattern personality and their correlation,this paper preliminarily summarizes the TCM syndrome typing rules of endometrial polyps patients,and preliminarily explores the mental health status and personality temperament types of endometrial polyps patients,hoping to provid a certain reference basis of the"physical and mental co-governance"in clinic.[Methods]A total of 98 patients with endometrial polyps were collected from the gynecological departmentof Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to January 2019.They received assessment using questionnaires including the general information,TCM diagnostic data,anxiety and depression scale and the Five-Pattern Personality scale.The database was established by Epidata3.1 softwareand analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical software.The general data was analyzed by descriptive statistical methods.The TCM diagnostic data was studied by cluster analysis.The distribution of syndromes and their correlation with age,educational level,occupation,BMI index,and Pathological type and so on were discussed.The mental health status and five-pattern personality of patients with endometrial polyps were compared with national norms by psychological and personality scales to measure the differences,and study the correlation among the three.[Result]1.98 cases of endometrial polyps copolymerization of common TCM syndromes into four categories,to qi stagnation and blood stasis in 44 cases(44.90%)the most,fllowed by phlegm-dampness stagnation 21 cases(21.43%),Qi deficiency and blood stasis in 20 cases(20.41%),13 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(13.27%).BMI index was releated to the distribution of TCM syndromes(P<0.05).However,there was no statistical significance in the distribution of TCM syndromes and the age,education level,occupation and pathological type in the patients with endometrial polyps(P>0.05).2.98 patients' with endometrial polyps anxiety score was(33.06±6.26),which was higher than the national norm,There were 15 examples(15.30%)had anxiety.Among the crowd,14 cases(14.30%)were mild anxiety,1 cases(1.00%)was moderate.The depression score of EP patients is(35.34±9.14),which was higher than the national norm.There were nineteen patients(19.38%)had depression.Among them,10(10.20%)cases were mild depression,moderate in 8(8.16%)cases,and severe in l case(1.02%).The results also showed that anxiety and depression stayed in a constant companion:8(8.16%)cases had pure anxiety,and 8(8.16%)cases had depression alone,and 7(7.14%)cases had anxiety with depression.Depression score was related to educational level.Patients whose educational background was junior middle school and below got the highest anxiety score(41.4219.12).Anxiety state was mainly manifested inhlegm-dampness stagnation syndrome in TCM syndromes.3.Compared with the femal norm of our country,patients with endometrial polyps got higher scores inTaiyin(P<0.05),but lower scores in Taiyang and Shaoyang dimensions(P<0.05).The scores in Taiyang and Taiyin were different(P<0.05)among different groups of the age.In Taiyang dimension,the scores of patients who were in 40-49 years old were higher(higher than 20-29 years old and 30-39 years old)(P<0.05),while inTaiyin dimension,those who were in 30-39 years old got the higher score(higher than 40-49 years old and 50-59 years old)(P<0.05);In syndrome types distribution,the scores of Taiyin dimension weredifferent among different syndrome types,and the scores of phlegm-dampness stagnation syndrome group were significantly higher than otherTCM syndromes and the norm(P<0.05).[Conclusion]1.TCM syndromes of patients with endometrial polyps to qi stagnation andblood stasis,fllowed by phlegm-dampness stagnation.BMI was releated to the distribution of TCM syndromes with age.2.Patients with endometrial polyps showed different degrees of anxiety and depression.Patients with different educational levels had different depression scores.And patients with phlegm-dampness-stasis syndrome in TCM were more prone to anxiety.3.Compared with the femal norm of our country,patients with endometrial polyps got higher scores in Taiyin dimensions,but lower in Taiyang and Shaoyang dimensions.The scores in Taiyang were differentamong different groups of the age,as well as Taiyin.The people of the Taiyin werelikely the phlegm-dampness stagnation inTCM syndromes. |
