Research On The Benefit Distribution Mechanism Of Medical Consortium Based On Cooperative Game Theory

One of the main problems of Chinese Medical Association development is the imperfect benefit distribution mechanism among participating institutions so far,which has caused low enthusiasm of member institutions,and low efficiency of Medical Association construction.This paper completed the study of Medical Association interest distribution mechanism in the following four stages.Firstly,on the premise of considering the changes of interests of the participating institutions of Medical Association,according to transaction cost theory,this paper established three kinds of economic effect models,namely as unorganized economic effect model,incompletely participated organizational economic effect model and fully participated organizational economic effect model.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the characteristic function of the Medical Association which was got by using the above three types of economic effects models,this paper established a interest distribution mechanism of Medical Association which is formed by redistribution mechanism of additional interests and financial compensation mechanism for loss of interests by using Shapley Value Algorithm(a kind of classical method of interest distribution in cooperative game theory)which can fully mobilize the initiatives of the participating institutions.Thirdly,this paper analysed a case by using this kind of interest distribution mechanism.The result showed that such mechanism could solve the problem of the benefit distribution of Medical Association fairly and reasonably,could create key conditions for win-win cooperation of every participating institution,and could promote the in-depth development of the construction of Medical Associations strongly.Finally,based on the discussion on ensuring the smooth operation of Medical Association benefit distribution mechanism,this paper suggested that the following aspects should be paid attention.One is to calculate the marginal contribution of the participating institutions accurately,one is to increase the benefits of the participating institutions effectively,and the other is to consider the uncertainty factors of the participating institutions fully.
