Comparative Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Jiaoruanjian Pain Relief Tablets In The Treatment Of Different Syndromes Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Background:Middle-aged and elderly knee osteoarthrosis(KOA)is a chronic degenerative osteoarthrosis characterized by articular cartilage damage,which invades the knee joint and seriously affects the quality of life of the middle-aged and elderly.In addition,the incidence rate ranks the first in limb osteoarthrosis,which is a common and frequent osteoarthrosisChina's population is aging,a growing problem.The disease course is long,the condition is complex,the treatment is difficult,the curative effect is not definite,brings heavy burden to the patient and the family.At present,there is no satisfactory curative effect in the treatment of this disease by western medicine,and the curative effect in the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine has not been standardized,nor is the curative effect clear.Purpose:To observe whether the patients of each syndrome type have curative effect after the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with three different types of articular soft and firm pain tablets,and compare the curative effect of the three different types of syndrome respectively,to clarify the optimal syndrome type of knee osteoarthritis treated with this drug,and to make the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine more standardized.Method:60 casesof patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis in the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of changsha from April 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,among which kidney Yang deficiency and failure,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(group A);Spleen-kidney deficiency and wet bone injection syndrome(group B);There were 20 cases in each of the three syndrome types(group C).Before into groups,three groups of participants shall be of the same health education and guidance,and to the oral soft firm painkillers oral joints,8 pieces at a time,three times a day,after 28 days(around),according to the VAS scale,Lequesne-Mery osteoarthritis rating scale and the curative effect in the diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine standard "standard,we assessed the efficacy of three groups of patients before and after treatment,and three groups of their own score,and the comparison of each group scores before and after the treatment,in the final analysis data,data statistics.Results:1.After statistical analysis,the three groups were compared before treatment: there was no statistical significance in gender,course of disease and age of patients in each group(p>0.05),indicating that the three groups were comparable.2.The comparison of VAS scale between the three groups before treatment indicated that the three groups were comparable(p<0.05);Three groups of their own score comparison before and after the treatment,statistically significant,so pain index of three groups of patients after treatment than before treatment has reduced(p < 0.05),said three groups in the treatment of symptoms were relieved after,score difference before and after treatment group A and group B,group C compared with statistical significance(p < 0.05),no significant differences between group B and group C(p > 0.05),said curative effect is better than that of group B,group A and group C no obvious difference was found between group B and group C curative effect.3.There was no significant difference in the lequesne-mery osteoarthritis scale between the first three groups(p>0.05),indicating that the three groups were comparable.The scores of the patients in the three groups were decreased after treatment(p<0.05),indicating that the symptoms in the three groups were alleviated after treatment.The difference in score before and after treatment between group A and group B and C was statistically significant(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference between group B and C(p>0.05),indicating that the efficacy of group A was better than that of group B and C,and there was no significant difference between group B and C.4.The total effective rate was 95% in group A,group B of the total effective rate was 75%,the total effective rate of group C was 70%,through statistical analysis and comparison,the period of group A and group B,group C difference between statistically significant(p < 0.05),no significant differences between group B and group C(p > 0.05),said the curative effect of group A is better than that of group B and group C,there was no significant difference between group B and group C.Conclusion:1.Soft and firm joints and painkillers are safe and effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and can significantly reduce the VAS score and lequesne-mery score of patients with different syndromes.2.Articular soft and firm pain-relieving tablets have the best curative effect on knee osteoarthritis of kidney-yang deficiency and failure,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(group A),and are significantly better than those of spleen-kidney deficiency,wet bone node syndrome(group B),liver and kidney Yin deficiency,and muscle and vessel stasis syndrome(group C).3.This drug is recommended for patients with knee osteoarthritis of kidney-yang deficiency and failure and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.
