Objective:To use the self-made oral and maxillofacial system functional exercise to treat the temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis and non-osteoarthrosis,observe the efficacy and contrast the differences, aiming to provide the basis for clinical treatment of temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis and non-osteoarthrosis.Methods:1.Research subjects: In patients with temporomandibular disorders(TMD)from January 2017 to October 2017 in the department of Stomatology at Qingdao University Hospital, according to the cone beam computer tomography(CBCT)image,TMD patients with osteoarthrosis are A group,a total of 60 cases,TMD patients with non-osteoarthrosis are B group,a total of 60 cases.2.Treatment: Oral and maxillofacial system functional exercise.3.Curative effect Evaluation: According to the American Association for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery evaluation of treatment criteria for temporomandibular disorders in two groups of patients, can be divided into cured, effective and ineffective.4.Statistical analysis: Compare the cure rate and the apparent efficiency of two groups of diseases and carry on χ~2 examination.Results:1.In the osteoarthrosis group, the cure rate was 70.69%,and the apparent efficiency was 96.55%.2.In the non-osteoarthrosis group, the cure rate was 91.53%,and the apparent efficiency was 98.31%.3.Comparison between the two groups of curative effect difference is significant(p<0.05).4.Comparing the difference in effect between the two groups is not significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:Oral and maxillofacial system functional exercise in the treatment of TMD effective, whether in the treatment of osteoarthrosis or non-osteoarthrosis,can effectively alleviate the symptoms of TMD,but the method is simple,no trauma, easy to be accepted by patients. The effect of oral and maxillofacial system functional exercise on the cure rate of osteoarthrosis is significantly higher than that in the group of non-osteoarthrosis,and the comparison between them is statistically significant, which shows that the oral and maxillofacial system functional exercise method is more effective in the treatment of nonosteoarthrosis during one sessions.
