Background:Shoulder coagulation is called "five shoulders" or "shoulder leakage"in traditional medicine. It occurs in the middle-aged and elderlypopulation around the age of 50,with more femalepatients than malepatients.Shoulder coagulation is mainly manifested as shoulderpain and limited shoulder activity.Thepathological changes are mainly chronic non-specific inflammation of the shoulder joint capsule and its surrounding ligaments, tendons and other soft tissues, contraction of the joint capsule, and adhesion of the surrounding tissue. The shoulder coagulation disease is very common in clinicalpractice, and it occupies a largeproportion in diseases around the shoulder joint. Therefore, clinical research on shoulder coagulation is also very common. There are many clinical treatments for shoulder coagulation.Western medicine is mainly based on oral analgesics, topicalplasters,or surgical interventions. In the motherland medicine, there are many methods for treating this type of tendon injury, and each has its own characteristics, such as acupuncture, massage, guidance, vermiculite, and so on.Among various Chinese medicine treatment methods, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is currently recognized as a method with definite curative effect, which has been approved by the medicalpractitioner and accepted by thepatient. The electrothermal calcaneus therapy is a new method in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years,it has obtained satisfactory effects in the treatment of bone and joint diseases. In the treatment of shoulder coagulation,it has the therapeutic effect of relievingpain and improving the motion of shoulder joints. In theprevious study,it was found that acupuncture therapy has achieved good results in the treatment of shoulder coagulation,in which the shoulder three needles(pre-shoulder,shoulder-shoulder,shoulder zhen)play an important role in the treatmentprocess,so the shoulder three-pin The relevance of acupoints and clinical efficacy is the focus of this research. Objective:To compare the changes of three-needle acupressurepoints, total UCLA scores, and VAS scores during the follow-up before and after the treatment ofpatients with shoulder coagulation and electroacupuncture and acupuncture. To improve thepatient'spain, comprehensive efficacy and other aspects of the treatment effect,in order to clear the shoulder three-needle acupoint tenderness changes and electrocalcite therapy and acupuncture treatment of the clinical efficacy of the relationship between shoulder coagulation. Methods:Cases were collected frompatients with shoulder coagulation who were treated in our outpatient department from February 2017 to August 2017.According to the order in which thepatients were enrolled, they were randomly divided into experimental groups according to the ratio of 1:1.In the control group, the experimental group was treated with electrocalcite and the control group was treated with acupuncture. The experimental group and the control group were conducted according to the treatmentplan of this subject.Allpatients enrolled in the study were followed up until December 2017.Comparing the experimental group and the control group in the shoulder three-needle acupressure mechanics measurement,UCLA total score and VAS score changes, statistical data, and data.Statistical methods:The CRF table is used for data collection, and SPSS23.0 statistical software is used for dataprocessing and analysis.Measurement data using sample t test, normal distribution data in MeanąSD,non-normal distribution of data taken after the natural log normalization analysis.Counting and rating data analysis taken Chi-square test and rank sum test.Result:1 There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before treatment in terms of age, gender,UCLA total score,VAS score, and shoulder three-needle acupointpressure distribution(P>0.05).There was comparability between groups.2 There was a significant difference in the change of UCLA total score before treatment, after one course of treatment, and after 3 months of follow-up in the experimental group and control grop(P<0.05);the two groups combined efficacy after one course of treatment and 3 months The difference in follow-up was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 There was a significant difference in VAS scores before and after treatment, and after 3 months of treatment in the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05);thepain-reducing group had statistically significant difference between the two groups after one course of treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference at 3 months follow-up(P>0.05).4 There was a significant difference in the degree of improvement in the mechanical measurement of shoulder three-needle acupoints before and after treatment, and after 3 months in the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05);The difference in follow-up after one course of treatment and at 3 months was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Electrocalcic stone therapy has a better comprehensive effect than acupuncture therapy, especially in improving shoulderpain.2 Two-needle three-needle acupuncturepoints have a good effect in improving thepain of shoulder coagulation.
