Clinical Verification Of Professor Zhang Chongquan's Diagnosis And Treatment Plan For The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke During The Recovery Period

Background: Professor Zhang Chongquan,a prestigious Chinese physician,selected from program of "Research on Academic Experience Inheritance of prestigious Chinese physician ",which belongs to national Science and Technology Support Plan for the Eleventh Five-Year Plan,has unique experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of ischemic stroke.Previous research group used Spss.16.0 for Windows statistical software to summarize and analyze the rule of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Profe ssor Zhang Chongquan in the treatment of ischemic stroke(convalescence).This study again applies Professor Zhang Chongquan's experience in the treatment of ischemic stroke(convalescence)to clinical practice,and comprehensively evaluates its clinical e fficacy,that provides the basis for further promotion and application.Objective: It aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Zhang Chongquan's treatment of ischemic stroke(convalescence)and provide theoretical basis for promoting the academic experience of prestigious Chinese physician.Methods: 150 patients with ischemic stroke(convalescence),selected from the outpatient and inpatient clinics,Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine are treated that according to Professo r Zhang Chongquan's treatment of syndrome differentiation and treatment method of ischemic stroke(convalescence)(selected from " Zhang Chongquan's Inheritance Studio of prestigious Chinese physician ",Zhang Chongquan treatment of ischemic stroke(convalescence)by invigorating qi and activating blood circulation).The treatment course observes the neurological deficit score,Fugl-Meyer motor function score,Barthel daily living ability score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment for 4 weeks.Result:1.Distribution of syndrome types:(1)qi deficiency and blood stasis,weakness of spleen and stomach type is 12%;(2)deficiency of qi and liver-wind,obstruction of pathogenic wind type is 24%;(3)spleen and kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collaterals type is 30%;(4)liver and kidney deficiency wind Yang disturbance type is 13%;(5)disturbance of liver wind,blood stasis type is 21%.2.Total effective :The total effective rate of improving the degree of neurological function defect is 65%;FMA motor function improved;The total effective rate of Barthel daily life activity ability improvement is 75%;The total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement was 63%.Conclusion: Professor Zhang Chongquan's diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke(convalescence)can improve the degree of neurological deficit,Fugl-Meyer motor function,Barthel's daily living ability and TCM syndrome in patients with ischemic stroke(convalescence),which is worthy of further clinical application.
