The National Physician Master Professor Liangchun Zhu's Academic Thoughts And Clinical Experience On Ischemic Stroke

Stroke is one of the Four Difficult Disease in TCM which are "Stroke,Tuberculosis,Liver Cirrhosis and Esophageal cancer".It is one common disease which seriously damage human health and seriously affect the patients with normal study, work and life because of its high incidence and high mortality rate, high recurrence rate, high morbidity.It can also cause great mental burden and psychological barriers to patients and also bring great negative influence and economic pressure to the family and society.Thus,stroke has aroused wide attention from all sectors of society and government.As early as two thousand years ago, there was similar description in The Inner Canon of Huangdi to stroke showing that the ancients had understanding to this disease in our country.Since the ancient times, especially after the Ming and Qing dynasties,the study of stroke has become mature.Although there are many doctrine,but to summarize its pathological factors,nothing more than "wind,fire,phlegm,stasis of blood,Qi and deficiency ".Among them,"deficiency"include "Qi deficiency"and"Yin deficiency".Past dynasties doctors mainly treat in differentiation from the pathological factors of stroke. With the development of modern medical technology,outstanding from "blood stasis" differentiation of understanding of ischemic stroke,still cannot fundamentally treat stroke and cannot achieve a satisfactory curative effect.Master of national physician Professor LiangchunZhu has the original opinion of understanding of ischemic stroke.He creatively put forward the point of view that syndrome differentiation and treatment of stroke can based on kidney Yin and kidney Yang,and in sequela period, can focus on the kidney Yang deficiency,which is different from other doctors'view that treat stroke merely in kidney Yin dificiency.Clinical practice under the guidance of this academic thought show that,treatment of stroke from kidney dificiency can improve the clinical efficacy.Professor has rich clinical experience in treating ischemic stroke,such as remove arthralgia,benefit kidney Yang,benefit kidney Yang and adept in using insect drugs.This article has systematically reviewed the stroke's etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of the history and status.It has refined Professor LiangchunZhu's experience of treatment to ischemic stroke,based on collating of his clinical experience of treatment and carrying on the related theory and practice research,which are the following points:1.the diagnosis and treatment of stroke, should adhere to the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease,2.treatment of ischemic stroke from "kidney deficiency", raising that liver and kidney Yin blood insufficient is the base of the pathogenesis,3.sequela period, can undertake clinical thinking from the angle of the senile chronic illness, respect the syndrome differentiation, and focus on the kidney Yang deficiency,4.after a stroke many patients prone to depression which should raise more concern on mental health.This article has summarized Professor Zhu's experience in the treatment of ischemic stroke:1.benefit kidney and remove arthralgia to treat ischemic stroke refering to the treatment of Bi syndrome,2.tonic kindey,in early period focus on boosting hepatorenal Yin blood,using plum in convergence of real Yin;in late period focus on benefiting kidney Yang,using placenta hominis curculigo and fairy spleen,3.use insect drugs to remove Bi,4.benefit kidney and remove arthralgia should treat in stages according to the principle of the Biao and Ben,5.use nux vomica to cure palsy,6.depression after stroke should be carried out by psychological intervention,using raw malt,prohibiting radix bupleuri in order to avoid consuming Yin,7.benefit kidney and remove blood stasis to treat dementia after stroke.The author further comfirmed Professor Zhu's academic thought can be used in treatment of stroke by clinical observation of treatment in ischemic stroke(syndrome of blockade of wind-phlegm-static blood),which is also very effective.This article comfirmed Professor Zhu's academic thought that benefiting kidney and removing arthralgia in treatment of ischemic stroke is viable and innovative via the theory and practice research.It is also a reflection of "homotherapy for heteropaty" in TCM.lt has originality to raise that benefiting kidney Yang in sequela period of stroke.Research and application of benefiting kidney and removing arthralgia and benefiting kidney Yang has further enriched the content of the stroke therapeutics.It can obviously improve curative effect of stroke and has high promotion value.
