Collaborative Research On Health And Medical Data Openness And Security Policies

With the advancement of the era of big data,data has increasingly become an important resource for the development of various countries.Countries around the world begin to pay more attention to the importance of opening up data resources.Based on the object,content,framework and partition of current health care open data policy and security policy in China,this study constructs a synergistic relationship model of policy system,aiming to provide basic theoretical support for the synergy of health care data open and security policy.The research is divided into six parts.The first part,based on the background of this paper,puts forward the research questions,objectives and significance,and reviews the status quo of health medical data policy research at home and abroad.The second part is about concepts and related theories.Based on the concepts and theories cited in this paper,the relationship and difference between open medical data and data security,the concept of open organizational data,and the concept of citizen’s right to know are discussed.The third and fourth parts,through the SPSS software analysis questionnaire results,draw the current problems and analyze the necessity of medical data policy collaboration,and further build the collaboration model.This paper attempts to synergize the domestic and foreign research results on policy synergy with the elements of medical policy,analyze and improve the application of health data policy synergy research in China.The fifth part further feeds back to the design of medical data synergy policy through the above analysis and gives suggestions on how to carry out medical data policy synergy.The sixth part,summary and prospect.
