Clinical Study Of Yiqi Jiangniwanmin Decoction In The Treatment Of Reflux Hypersensitivity

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical research on the clinical symptoms,quality of life improvement and mental state changes of Yiqi Jiangni Huanmin Decoction combined with omeprazole in patients with reflux hypersensitivity,and to verify the curative effect of Chinese and Western medicine combined with reflux hypersensitivity.The influence of Yiqi Jiangni Huanmin Decoction on the quality of life and mental psychology of patients with reflux hypersensitivity will provide a new perspective for the future high sensitivity of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.METHODS:By prospective,randomized,positive drug parallel control study method was used to complete the clinical observation of 60 patients with reflux hypersensitivity within 1 year.The subjects which met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the experimental group and the observation group.To observe the clinical symptoms,quality of life improvement and mental state of the patients with high reflux sensitivity in the treatment of patients with high reflux responsiveness.The experimental group was given Yiqi Jiangni Huanmin Decoction combined with omeprazole,and the control group was given omeprazole.The two groups were given medication for 4 weeks.Gerd-Q scale score and gastroesophageal reflux disease were performed before and after treatment.The TCM Symptom Scale,the SF-36 Health Scale,the Hamilton Depression Scale,and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale were measured and evaluated.The Gerd-Q scale and the gastroesophageal reflux disease TCM symptom scale were followed up after 4 weeks of treatment discontinuation.Long-term efficacy of drug treatment.RESULTS:There were 30 cases in each group,and there was no significant difference in the general condition(age,gender)between the two groups(P>0.05).1.GERD-Q scale:the test group and the control group were treated for 4 weeks and stopped.At 4 weeks,the scores before the treatment were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the groups after 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),the difference between the groups after 4 weeks of discontinuation was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.TCM symptom scores:The scores of the two groups were decreased after 4 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of drug withdrawal and before treatment(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the test group before and after treatment was significantly different(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the comparison between the groups at 4 weeks(P>0.05).There was a statistical difference between the 4 weeks of discontinuation(P>0.05),indicating that the mid-term efficacy of the experimental group was superior.The total effective rate of the test group was 52.5%,and the effective rate of the control group was 26.7%.There was no statistical difference between the groups,and the curative effect was equivalent.3.SF-36 health scale:The scores of the treatment group were increased before and after treatment.The physiological functions,physical pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function and other items were statistically different(P<0.05).The quality of life of the patients in the group improved.There was no significant difference in the scores between the control group and the pre-treatment scores.There was a statistically significant difference in physical pain and general health status between the two groups(P<0.05).6.Hamilton anxiety and depression scales.The scores of anxiety and depression scales in the treatment group were lower than those in the treatment group.The statistical difference between the depression state and the anxiety state group was significant(P<0.01).There was no significant change in the scores.There was no statistical difference.There was no significant difference in the post-treatment depression between the two groups.There was a statistically significant difference in anxiety between the two groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Yiqi Jiangni Huanmin Decoction and omeprazole in the treatment of reflux hypersensitivity can improve the symptoms of patients with high reflux responsiveness,and achieve the same effect as omeprazole alone.Compared with omeprazole alone,it has obvious advantages in long-term efficacy,and can improve patients' quality of life and anxiety.
