Objective:Chronic non-atrophic gastritis is a common disease of the digestive system. The disease is affected by many factors for a long time.At present, the treatment is mainly symptomatic treatment. The long-term efficacy has not been confirmed, and its relationship with diet and emotion has not been fully explained. To explore the clinical outcomes and related factors of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis after 5 years,to provide a basis for the establishment of a chronic non-atrophic gastritis follow-up-healthy life strategy. Methods:Telephone follow-up of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis identified in the previous study conducted 5 years ago, including general information, recent review,pre-and post-symptom scores, medication, dietary preference, work and emotional conditions.Statistical tools were used to analyze the changes of gastric mucosal lesions and symptoms in patients with chronic gastritis, and to explore their correlation with drug treatment, dietary preference, tobacco and alcohol hobbies, emotional factors and so on.Results:A complete follow-up of 61 patients,20 males and 41 females, male to female ratio 1:2.05,age 47.31±13.45 years old,was tested. There was no significant correlation between age and gender and chronic non-atrophic gastritis in this study.Of the 61 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis,17 had bile reflux,9 had erosion, and 4 had bile reflux and erosion.A total of 19 patients underwent self-reviewed gastroscopy. The average review period was 48.9 months, and 14 patients were chronic.Non-atrophic gastritis,5 cases of atrophic gastritis,5 of them were diagnosed as chronic non-atrophic gastritis gastritis, and the diagnosis was chronic atrophic gastritis. The prevalence of Helicobacter pylori infection rate was 57.38%,and the Helicobacter pylori infection rate was 20%in the self-reviewed patients. There was no significant correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection in this study. The patients reported symptoms,41 cases of bloating,36 cases of stomach pain,35 cases of acid reflux,28 cases of phlegm and blood stasis,16 cases of noisy, and 8 cases of eating. The individualized differences were significant, and there were differences before and after the overall symptom score(p<0.05).),the median of each symptom in the previous period is greater than or equal to the late median. There were differences between the individual symptoms before and after the symptoms,32 cases reported all clinical symptoms were alleviated, and 29 cases reported partial relief of clinical symptoms.27 patients in the study had used Chinese medicine at different times, and 23 patients had used proton pump inhibitors. This study did not find any correlation between different drugs and long-term symptom relief. In terms of diet,20 patients had fast food intake,15 patients liked to eat hot pot or hot food,15 patients liked sweet tea,15 patients like spicy stimulation, and 14 patients had irregular diet.53 cases were basically matched with sputum, and 39 cases were guaranteed daily fruit intake. After testing, hot pot or hot food was a risk factor(p = 0.061,OR=1.985),and the remaining factors were not significantly correlated. In terms of work,34 cases were still working, and the conscious stress score was 4.15±2.60.The work status and stress were not significantly correlated.Emotional aspects of 8 cases reported emotional out of control,13 cases of anxiety,8 cases of depression,35 cases of irritability,8 cases reported emotional problems affecting interpersonal relationships, test irritability is a risk factor(p=0.036,OR=1.732),there is no significant correlation between the remaining negative emotions.Conclusion:1.There are individual differences in the clinical manifestations of chronic non-atrophic gastritis. After 5 years, the symptoms of all groups tend to improve at the overall level.2.Irritable and hot food is a risk factor for chronic non-atrophic gastritis. The above conclusions suggest that the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis should follow the principle of individualization. The treatment is mainly symptomatic treatment, and the symptoms tend to be relieved under normal circumstances. And to adjust the emotions, healthy diet, and maintain regular routine is an important part of the overall treatment of chronic gastritis.
